PS :I got so far to get the plane working. Only gauges and buttons dont work but I did get it to fly. Just download the installer and install. You dont need a code at installation. And than go to "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\Gauges". Remove "PMDG_737NGX.dll" out of the folder (I would suggest to backup the file) and you can start to play. So we need to crack that file I guess!
