يعنى مثلا لو جالك يقلك المدير بيقلك ان الشركه اللى بعتولها المنتجات قالت ان المنتجات منتهيه الصلاحيه والمدير بيطلب منك تعمل تقرير عن الموضوع ده يبقا هتبدا الريبورت تكتب سبب كتابتك للريوبرت وهتقول الاجرائات اللى انت اخدتها للبحث عن المشكله والنتايجج اللى ترتبت على كده وبعد كده هتقول للمدير رايك فى المشكله ودى هتبقا التوصيات
