100% Electronic Ticketing
On behalf of the airlines, IATA Simplify the business (StB) initiative has called for a 100% e-ticket environment from the 01st June 2008.

The BSP will continue to provide manually issued MPD (Miscellaneous Purpose Document) documents to the markets already using that kind of document.
Airlines unable to provide any electronic ticketing capabilities will not be authorized for ticket issuance in travel agencies by IATA.
