Dear Ali
In order to complete your application for admission and send you an I-20. Please follow the steps below as outlined.
1. Completed enrollment application.

$1000 course deposit (to be used toward training)
$700 housing deposit
Wiring Instructions:
Key Bank

Cleveland, OH 44114
credit to: Delta Connection Academy, Inc.
Account No. 199681008793
ABA No. 041001039 (Bank Routing Number)
SWIFT No. KEYBUS33
3. Copy of FAA 1st or 2nd Class Medical Certificate. Please go to http://www.flightphysical.com/ (http://www.flightphysical.com/) to look for an approved doctor or sign the attached waiver document acknowledging that you will get the medical upon arrival here and that if you cannot pass the medical, your visa will be cancelled and you will need to return to your home country.
4. Copy of high school diploma or equivalent translated into english.
5. Copy of a valid passport including picture and pages showing validity.
6. Signed authorization to obtain health insurance as attached. In order to maintain your visa status while here in the US, you are required to hold health insurance coverage with specific limits and coverage's. If you currently have health insurance that you feel would meet these requirements, please bring that documentation with you when you enroll. If it meets the standards then you will not have to buy our insurance. However, in order to expedite your enrollment, I would suggest you sign the authorization initially accepting the insurance.
7. Copy of a financial affidavit of support from your bank or a bank statement showing you are able to support the total cost of your course plus insurance plus housing and living ($1300 per month) as estimated by immigration for the duration of your visa (24 months).
This amount needs to be at least $104,702.00 USD
Course: $77,372.50 less bridge credit = $72,350.00
Insurance: $1,152.00
Housing and Living: $1300 for 24 months = $31,200.00
Total: $ 104,702.00 USD
8. Copy of a TOEFL iBT results. If you need to take this test, please go to: www.ets.org/toefl (http://www.ets.org/toefl) Delta Connection Academy requires a minimum total score of 80 for admission to the Academy. You may also take the TOEIC with a minimum total of 780 or obtain a Cambridge Exam Certificate. Also, I need a copy of the Delta Connection Academy English Assessment document signed and returned stating that you understand that you will again be tested once you arrive on campus and if you cannot pass the English test when you arrive that you will be not be enrolled until you show sufficient understanding and communication ability in English.
9. You need to make application to Transportation Security Administration's Alien Flight Student Program, submit the application and then pay $130 in fees to the TSA. This process will actually need to be done 3 times for your complete training. Once for private, once for instrument and once for commercial multi-engine. Each application will cost $130. You will only be required to fingerprint once. This is done when you arrive for enrollment and a fee of $75 will be charged to your student account. Attached are a couple of documents which will help you fill out the application, once it is filled out, please send me your username and password, do not submit as it is easier for me to fix any errors prior to submission. The website is: www.flightschoolcandidates.gov (http://www.flightschoolcandidates.gov/)
I believe that this is everything you need to submit. Once we get all of these documents, I will review your file and should be able to issue you I-20 within a couple of days. The following document outlines the enrollment procedures in a more condensed version.
You may either scan and email, or fax these completed documents and then also contact me when the wire transfer has been completed so that I can ensure we receive it promptly.
Thank you,

The following is an outline of the courses within the Professional Pilot Program. This program exceeds FAA
minimum standards and is designed to give students the basic requirements for a career in aviation as well as the
experience and flight hours necessary to ensure proficiency.
Course Description
Each student will begin with Stage 1 (Private, Commercial, Instrument, and Multi-Engine certifications - P/C/I/ME)
and, upon successful completion, will progress to Stage 2 (Instructor Track). To become an instructor, you must first
add the Single-Engine (S/E) rating to your commercial certificate. You would then complete the CFI (Certified Flight
Instructor) course. After successfully completing your CFI, you are eligible to interview with FlightSafety Academy.
Those who are accepted as IP's (Instructor Pilots) are required to earn their CFI-I (Instructor Instrument) rating and
then begin standardization to learn the procedures of being a FlightSafety Instructor. IP's will earn their MEI (Multi-
Engine Instructor) rating after they begin instructing.
Instructor Benefits
Instructor pay begins at $16 per hour; instructors are paid for both flying and briefing time. Instructors receive the
benefits of a full-time employee including health and dental insurance, 401(k), vacation, sick leave and bookstore
discounts. As an academy IP, you will also get the employee rate for CFI-I, MEI and aircraft rentals.
600-Hour Commitment
Instructors sign an 600-hour commitment, stating that they will instruct 600 hours of dual-given flight time before
leaving the academy. After fulfilling this agreement and completing all qualifications, you will be reimbursed for the
cost of CFI-I and MEI.
