Similar to Professional Program I, Program III emphasizes multi-engine training. Most single-engine time is replaced by advanced multi-engine instruction

Multi-Engine Instructor Rating, FAR 135 VFR Ground School and Aircraft Training, FAR 135 IFR Ground School and Aircraft Training, Turbo Prop Ground School and Simulator Training, Turbo Jet Ground School and Simulator Training, Crew Resource Management and Human Factors Ground School, Airline Transport Pilot License.

2nd of all 41000 for the private IR MEL thats its true. for 220 hours i think...but for the saudi program which you need 350 hours of flyin is about 69.

as i said that every program with pea is dependent on a minimum requirement of the FAA so whatever the basic with multi hours will be u will definetly do more because it all depends on your skills and effeciency.

and no there no requirment for toefel but u have to know how to read and speak ENGlish is very important to get your visa in the emabssy

if i am not mistaken you will come to the United statesd with an M1 visa
this visa cannot allow you to work anywhere.its only a student visa and you have to be full time at school.
