Exchange Tickets
See if a void or revalidation is possible, if not take the next step for the exchange
Check so status code is OPEN or ARPT. Amend the itinerary
Fare Quote the new itinerary "FQ", end and retrieve the PNR, compare the old price and the new to see the different taxes and price
Put the filed fare into manual fare build mode to remove any paid taxes *FB1
Update the manual fare build and remove the paid taxes
FBUTAX1/+TAX2/+TAX3/
*If there are new taxes please ensure they are entered on the manual fare build screen
If there is an amendment fee either add this in as a new tax or add the amendment fee to the base fare as advised by the airline.
If the amendment fee is to be collected as a MPD then exchange the ticket in the normal way and complete the MPD at the end
Update the total box FBUTTL/
File the manual fare build FBF
Receive and end and retrieve the booking file
Check the filed fare *FF1 to ensure the paid taxes have been removed
Go through the exchange

Complete the exchange screen details
If there is an additional collection tab on to the screen and enter the form of payment for the additional collection and enter
Receive and end and retrieve the booking file

*If you have a booking with multiple passengers and are doing an electronic ticket exchange please remember you will need to have separate filed fares for each passenger and each passenger description

بارك الله فيك وجعله فى ميزان حسناتك ولكن يا استاذ لو فى امكانيه انك تشرح طريقه تركيب السعر مانويل لحجز مثلا ............. يعنى مثلا طيران زى bi ده ممكن يكون عليه seasonal fare ومش بيظهر على السيتم فى الوقت ده لازم ندخل الفير والضرائب والوزن والصلاحيه مانويل
لو تكرمت تعرف تشرح هذه الطريقه ولك الف مليون شكر
