The lesson is 5 parts and about 230 MB in a very good avi fromat.My question is how to upload these files to the forum server.In you ube i got very bad quility.Thnaks in advance

Hello captian,
I recommend uploading to Youtube for easier viewing, as for the quality, there's always the option of watching the video in high quality..just give the video some time to be processed...
as for the server, uploading is restricted only for forum admins, you could coordinate the upload with them..
