و اذا فيه صورة واضحة جداً لتروس الموجودة

بشكل عام -ومختصر- يمكن تقسيم صندوق التروس إلى نوعين:
- صندوق تروس للمجموعة الملحقات (Accessory GearBox): ويستخدم عادة لتدوير وتشغيل مجموعة الملحقات الخاصة بالمحرك كمضخة الوقود (Fuel Pump)، والمولد (Generator)، وغيرها من الملحقات، وأيضا لتشغيل ضاغط المحرك (Engine Compressor) عند التشغيل الأولي بواسطة (Air Starter). وهو يتكون من عمود ناقل للحركة من الضاغط (Compressor) إلى مجموعة من التروس مختلفة الأحجام.

- صندوق تروس للمروحة (Reduction GearBox): وهذا النوع موجود في المحركات المروحية (Turbo Prop engine)، والغرض منها هو تقليل سرعة الدوران الناتجة عن المحرك لتوافق نسبة الدوران المرغوبة للمروحة (Propeller)، وأيضا لقياس قوة عزم الدوران (Torque) التي يعتمد عليها في قياس قوة المحرك.

Yes, when the aircraft is flying at low altitude at sea level, the air density at this height is high, and the air around the aircraft has a high mount of moisture.
All these conditions lead under low temperature while the super cooling is working to create water in the system.

أخي الكريم

من طبيعة عمل كل مبدل كهربي يمكن فهم الفرق بين كل منهما
فالـMicro Switch عبارة عن مفتاح كهربائي يتم تفعيله باستخدم قوة مؤثرة عليه، وهي قوة كمياً بسيطة أو قليلة.. كأن يستخدم هذا لإعطاء إشارة لمعرفة وضعية أحد الأبواب الخاصة بمناطق خدمة الطائرة.

أما الـProximity Switch، فيمكن تمثيلة كمجس، بحيث يمكنه تحسس وضعية ما أو تفعيله دون الحاجة لأستخدام أي محفز. كأن يستخدم في تحسس وضعية باب الركاب، بحيث لو استخدم الـMicro Switch فإنه سوف لن يعطي إشارة بأن الباب في وضعية غير آمنة إلا بخروجة عن وضعيته، أما الـProximity Switch فأقل خروج أة تزحزح عن الوضعية يكون كفيلاً بتفعيله.

Miniature snap-action switch

اما بالنسبة للـProximity Switches
Proximity switches and sensors use a reed switch
and a permanent magnet. Each is encased in a
plastic housing for protection and ease of mounting. A classic use is sensing the opening of a door in a securithy system.
A reed switch in the jamb and a permanent magnet in the door complete a circuit when the door is closed. Opening the door breaks the circuit.

Proximity switches can be achieved using a number of different technologies depending on the application

تستخدم الـ micro switch في دوائر رفع وخفض عجلات الطائرة وكذلك في دوائر فتح وغلق ابواب الطائرة المختلفة . وضيفتها ارسال اشارة عن بلوغ الحد النهائي للانطباق الالي بين ملامسين ميكانيكيين وغالبا ما تعمل هذه المايكروسيجات بقوة الضغط الهايدروليكي . وتستخدم بشكل واسع في الكثير من منظومات الطائرة

اما بالنسبة للـ Proximity Switches ـ
فغالبا ما تستخدم في الدوائر التالية
Ground proximity warning system (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ground_proximity_warning_system) for aviation safety
§Vibration | Position measurements of rotating shafts in machinery
§Sheet break sensing in paper machine.
§Anti-aircraft artillery (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anti-aircraft_warfare)

وهناك استخدامات اخرى لهذا النوع من المفاتيح . كما هو واضح انها تعمل بطريقة لا تحتاج الى قوة هايدروليكية لغلق ملامساتها التي تقوم بتوصيل الاشارة اللازمة المطلوب ارسالها كما هو في منظومة اهتزاز محارك الطائرة ودوائر الطرد المركزي وامثالها من الدوائر المستخدمة في منظومات الطائرة .
