Senior Reservation and Ticketing Agent - Cairo

Description: Job Purpose:
• To optimise all front desk and call center activity with guests lead to potential sales outcomes.
• Ensure Etihad reservation and ticketing policies and procedures are correctly implemented.
• Deliver customer service to exceed guest expectations.
Qualifications: Quantifications:
• High School Graduate.
Experience: Experience:
• 4Years airline or travel agency experience in a reservation and ticketing role preferred.
• Must have the right to live and work in Cairo.
• Must be Arabic speaker
Training:
• Etihad reservation system "Amadeus" courses in reservation and ticketing.
• Airline advanced passenger tariff and pricing course.
• Recognized IATA or knowledge in rules and regulation of airline restrictions.
Knowledge:
• Good written and oral English language skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and to short lead times.
• Able to work on own initiative.
• Good PC skills include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet.
• Numerate.
