بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
بعد ما قرات نظام نادي الطيران زعلت و حزنت في البداية طبعاً
و اصلت القراة و الاتدهاش طبعا وين رايحين مدري
اكتشفت و بمفردي و بدون اي مساعده الاهداف السامية
الا وهي ان كل من يحمل رخصة الطيران الالشراعي و من يدرب
يستطيع قيادة مركبه فضائيه بمفرده و بدون اي مساعده
مساكين وكالة الفضاء الامريكية ناسا ماعندهم انظمة صارمة مثلنا
مساكين بقية هواة الطيران الشراعي في انحاء العالم ما عندهم رسوم باهظه مثلنا
انا الى الله يوم الحشر نحتكمُ

Our sport is basically self-regulated so you are not required by law to be a certified pilot. However, proper training is required to safely fly and navigate ever more crowded and sensitive airspace. Understand that the theory is that a pilot operating such a light vehicle that its damage potential to non-participants is much less.

No effort is made to keep the participants safe - only the non-participants. That is why it is critical that new entrants take training seriously - just because the training is not REQUIRED does not mean it is any less necessary to ensure YOUR survival!

Powered Paragliders fall into the category of Ultralights. In the United States, the only regulations that ultralights, including powered paragliders follow are included in the Federal Aviation Regulations, Part 103.
