You don't really have to turn the autopilot A/T "ON" while taxiing, I'm as a first officer my captain don't do that. We do that manually, for example we set the throtlle to 20 or 24 and you can...

Hey guys, actually I am a co-pilot with 3088 hours and I work with Saudi Airlines, and they have promoted me to work on MD-11 . Do you have any Manuals for the Mcdonnell Douglas -11. Please.
