ادى انغلاق الاطار الخلفي الايسر لطائرة الخطوط الجوية الباكستانية PIA من نوع B737-400 برقم التسجيل AP-BEH والقادمة من اسلام آباد الى مسقط الى اغلاق المدرج الرئيسي في مطار مسقط الدولي والحمد لله لم يصب اي من الطاقم او المسافرين الـ 105 على متنها بأي اصابات وقد ارسلت الخطوط الباكستانية مهندسين وطائرة بديلة لرخلة العودة من مسقط الى اسلام آباد.
ةتم تحويل الرحلات الى مطارات اخرى لحين سحب الطائرة من على المدرج وقتحه للحركة الجوية.

Accident: PIA B733 at Muscat on Feb 11th 2013, main gear collapse on landing

A PIA Pakistan International Airlines Boeing 737-300, registration AP-BEH performing flight PK-259 from Sialkot (Pakistan) to Muscat (Oman) with 107 people on board, landed on Muscat's runway 26L at 13:25L (09:25Z) but suffered the collapse of the left main gear. The aircraft came to stop on the paved surface of the runway at the left hand edge and was disabled. No injuries are being reported, the aircraft received substantial damage to main gear, wing and engine.

The airport was closed for about 3.5 hours until the aircraft was moved off the runway (runway 08L/26R not yet open).
