You have to hold current GACA ELPT at least level 4
You have to hold current GACA medical certificate 2nd or 1st class
You have to hold current GACA AIP written exam and it is an open book
You have to hold current GACA CPL,IR written exams
You have to get (groundschool & flight) endorsement from a certified instructor who holds current GACA CFII
You have to pass GACA CPL,IR oral exams and they are two books Red & Orange
You have to pass GACA check rides

my CPL/IR is expired.. still i can convert it to GACA or i have to renew it first??
