With regards to your concern below, we sincerely regret to learn the inconveniences encountered on your recent booking with Qatar Airways.
Further to your email we wish to clarify more extensively to your complain that your booking reference **** having sent a confirmation email at the time of booking with your credit card, the same is sent across for further verification and authentication of the credit card transaction. Unfortunately our system identified irregularity, hence the system triggered your purchase as a potential risk of which requires thorough checking and investigation. In this case, your ticket was queued for an automatic suspension and subsequently cancellation of your booking and subject for refund as the necessary documents requested were not provided as per our email sent to ****@gmail.com correspondence dated July 30 from our website support #604838.
We would also like to inform you that Qatar Airways is unable to accept payments that, the system has triggered irregularities in purchase due to safety measure set in place, for the purpose of protecting our esteemed passenger and the general public from fraudulent activities against their credit card from our website. Further to the above, a refund of the same is initiated immediately and the process may take up to minimum of 28 days depending on the bank, for the amount to be credited and appear back to your account and is not within control of Qatar Airways.
