السلام عليكم

شخباركم مع الدرسين اللي فاتوا؟؟

الدرس اليوم نوعت فيه قدر المستطاع عشان محد يمل من الدرس مثل درس رقم 2 وهذا الدرس يحتوي على حوار بين المضيفه والمسافر يبين لكم كيفية التعامل وبعض الكلمات التي تساعدكم حتى على الصعيد الشخصي وفي حياتكم اليومي على كيفيه فتح الحوار واغلاقه وبالاخير نموذج عن نداء الترحيب والسلامه في الكابينه والذي سوف يفيدكم من ناحية العرض والكلام الحر ....

بسم الله نبدأ

خلال الرحله يجب على المضيفين اعطاء القدر المستطاع من الانتباه والاهتمام للمسافرين لاعطاء المسافر شعور بأن الشركه فعلا تهتم ومهتمة به. ومن الافضل والمفضل ان يتم فتح المحادثه مع المسافر وهنالك الكثير من الجمل والكلمات التي نستطيع من خلالها فتح المحادثة بين المضيف والمسافر وجعل المسافر يشعر بالراحه والاهتمام مثل:




-are you enjoy the flight?
-is this your first flight?
-have you often travelled on this route?

وهناك ايضا عدة طرق لغلق المحادثه بأدب تام مثلا:

-please call me if there’s anything you’d like.
-please let me know if there’s anything I can get you.
-excuse me. I must serve coffee now.

Politeness is extremely important when a hostess wants a passenger to do smoothing, she always makes her request using polite forms of speech such as
-would you pass your tray, please?
-would you mind passing me your tray please?



وهذه ايضا حوار صغير جدا اعددته على السريع يبين لكم مدى الاحترام والادب المتبادل بين المضيفه والمسافر


Different situation with passenger:

Air hostess: good morning sir. I hope you'll enjoy your flight. May I see your boarding card please?

Passenger:yes, here you are

Air hostess: good morning, this way please.

Air hostess: here is your seat, sir, please make your self comfortable

Passenger: thank you

Air hostess: you welcome

Passenger: are we on schedule?

Air hostess: yes, sir. We'll be closing the doors in a few minutes, and then we'll start taxiing to the runway for take off.

Passenger: that’s good, any chance for drink?

Air hostess: we'll be taking orders as soon as the seatbelt sign goes off. It won't be too long to wait.

-After takeoff

Air hostess: excuse me sir, would you like a newspaper?

Passenger: yes, please.

After 10 min.-

Air hostess: may I take your order please?

Passenger: I eat fish and eggs but not meat or chicken.

Air hostess: ok. Would you like a drink, sir?

Passenger: yes, one bottle of Pepsi.

Air hostess: would you like any thing else ?

Passenger: no, thanks.

*** passenger are likely to ask for about almost anything they may need reassurance if it is their first flight or there is turbulence.



احببت ان اضع لكم بالجزء الاخير من درس اليوم قطعه عباره عن النداء داخل الكابينه الذي يبين من خلاله عملية الانقاذ على طائرة الايرباص A320 بحسب ما انا متخصص فيه.


Welcome aboard and thank you for choosing royal Jordanian.

We take great pride in providing excellent service, and our in-flight team is committed to your comfort and safety. That’s why we'd like you to pay careful attention even if you're a frequent traveller as we share with you important safety information.

-all carry on items must be secured underneath the seat in front of you or stored in an overhead compartment. please use caution when placing or removing items from the overhead bins.

-detchable luggage wheels should only stowed underneath the seat in front of you.

-whenever the seat belt sign is illuminated, please make sure that your seat belt is fastened low and tight around your waist.

-to fasten, insert the metal fitting into buckle and tighten by pulling loose end away from you. To release, lift the metal flap.

-during the flight the captain may turn off the seat belt sign, however for safety we recommend that you keep your seat belt fastened all times.

-there are a total of eight emergency exit on this Airbus A320 aircraft. Four emergency exit door ..two in the front of the cabin and two in the rear and four over wing exits.

-please take a moment to locate the two exits nearest you. keeping in mind that your closest exit may be behind you.

-to open the door, move the handle in the direction of the arrow. Each door is equipped with an evacuation slide which inflates automatically. When the doors opened from inside. If slide does not inflate automatically, immediately pull the red handle located in the base of the door.

-these evacuation slides may also be used as flotation devices.

-to open the over wing exit, remove the safety cover and pull the handle down.
Each wing is equipped with a dual lane slide which inflates automatically when a window exit is removed. The window slides may not be used for flotation.

-if you are told to evacuate the aircraft leave everything behind and proceed to the nearest exit. Stay on your feet, jump onto the slide and move away from the aircraft.

-if there is a loss of electrical power, aisle lighting on the floor or seats will guide you to emergency exits identified by illuminated exit signs.

-should there be a rapid change in cabin pressure, individual oxygen masks will automatically drop from the compartment above your seat. Immediately pull the mask firmly toward you to start the flow of oxygen. Place the mask over your nose and mouth. Securing it with the elastic strap over your head, pull the straps on the sides of the mask to tighten and breathe normally.

-the plastic bag may not inflate, quickly secure your mask first, then assist children or other who may need assistances.

-your seat bottom cushion is designed to be used as a flotation device. if needed, pull up on the back of the cushion hold is against your chest and put both arms through the bottom straps.

-please be aware that smoking is not permitted on this flight.

-please make sure that all electronic devices are turned off and stowed until we reach cruising altitude.

-some devices such as cellular phones, TV’s and radios may not be used any time during the flight.

-we’d like you to take a moment to review the safety information card located in the seat pocket in front of you. It explains the safety features of our aircraft as well as the location and operations of all exits.

-as we prepare for take off, remember that your seat back and tray table must be in their full upright and looked position during taxi, takeoff, landing.

-if there is anything we can do to make your flight more enjoyable, feel free to call us.
