REQUIREMENTS FOR IATA PSA HEAD OFFICE APPROVAL IN SAUDI ARABIA
A new application for accreditation will be processed upon completion of the following requirements:
1. Completed application form by TYPING in blocks letters (handwriting will not be accepted).
2. Copy of the temporary approval by The Saudi Commission of Tourism and antiquities reflecting the location address for which approval is sought for.
3. Copy of the Commercial Registration (CR) Permits, reflecting the location address for which approval is sought for
However if the CR is not yet issued, you may provide an undertaking letter address to IATA to submit a copy of the CR soon issues.
4. 2 Photographs of exterior & interior of your agency office location.
5. Your Agency letterhead.
6. Staff List.
7. An inspection made by Agency Services Office (ASO).

Furnishing required Bank Guarantee (SAR 1,000,000.00) Auto Renewable. (specimen attached)
9. An opening Financial Statement (which need not to be certified).
10. The location must posses an automation system before approval. Copy of the GDS contract to be enclosed.
11. Agent’s Banking Details letter, which to be attested by bank or chamber of commerce (specimen attached)
12. Payment of appropriate total fees of SAR. 6,666. as follows :
§ Fees to be paid in TWO DRAFT checks in favor of BSP OPERATING ACCOUNT.
§ 1st check with amount of SAR. 5,666 with the following structure :
