صباح اليوم توصلنا بتعميم من طيران الإمارات بخصوص إلغاء رحلتها رقم 871 - 872 ( دبي - الكويت / الكويت - دبي ) ، الرحلة سيتم إلغاؤها فقط كل يوم احد خلال فترة إغلاق المدرج ، وعليه من لديه حجز مؤكد وتم إصدار تذكرة له على هذه الرحلة وتاريخ سفره يصادف يوم الاحد فعليه مراجعة مكتب السفريات التي تم إصدار منه التذكرة او مكتب طيران الإمارات



Runway Closure in Dubai 01May 2014 – 20 July 2014



Due to extensive runway and taxiway maintenance work at Dubai International Airport, EK871 / EK872 (DXB – KWI – DXB) every Sunday only from May 1 – 20 July 2014, is cancelled.



The following options are available to EK passengers who have purchased tickets for travel during this period (inclusive) and who now wish to alter their travel plans.



1. Rebooking; re-issue and cancellation charges shall be waived. Only One Free of Charge change shall be permitted per ticket.

2. Rebooking shall be made onto an available flight to the same destination or alternative destination for travel within a period of 30 days after the scheduled departure of the original flight and in the same booking class. Rebooking shall also be permitted for the return journey within a period of 30 days after the scheduled departure of the original return flight in the same booking class and at no additional cost to the passenger.

3. Cancellation:

· Fully unutilized tickets – a full refund may be offered

· Partially used tickets – refund of the residual amount after deduction of the applicable one-way fare for the utilized form.

4. The options are however not available to passengers travelling on tickets as a part of an inclusive tour by a tour operator or travel agent.
