تحطم طائرة تابعة للبحرية الهندية خلال استعراض جوي

تحطمت طائرة تابعة لسلاح البحرية الهندي خلال استعراض جوي اليوم بمدينة حيدر آباد بولاية أندرابراديش بجنوب الهند ومازال مصير الطيار مجهولا .
وقد شوهدت سحابة كثيفة من الدخان في السماء بالقرب من مطار بيكومبت بحيدر آباد عقب الحادث.
وأكد المتحدث باسم قائد سلاح البحرية الهندي بي في ساتيش في تصريح للصحفيين وقوع الحادث ولم يقدم أي تفاصيل

An Indian Navy plane performing aerobatics at an air show crashed into a three-storeyed residential building in a crowded area yesterday (March 3) killing its two pilots - SK Maurya and Rahul Nair - and one person on the ground.

The three were killed when the plane spun out of control and crashed into the building during the opening ceremony of the India Aviation 2010. Four residents have been injured. The Navy has grounded its entire fleet of Kiran aircraft. The Navy has a fleet of 20 Kiran aircraft - 12 Mk-I and eight Mk II aircraft - which are based in Goa.

“As per the standard operating procedure, the aircraft will not fly till the time they are cleared by the Board of Inquiry (BOI) looking into today's mishap,” Navy officials said in New Delhi. They added that if the probe team found no problems with the aircraft, the fleet would be airborne soon.

Describing the accident as unfortunate, Union civil aviation minister Praful Patel said in Hyderabad that the crash will not affect the air show.

The Kiran trainer aircraft, HJT-16, of the Sagar Pawan Aerobatic Demonstration Team, was participating in the aerobatic display at the air show when it crashed into the three-storied building in the Bowenpally area. Miraculously, it did not crash into any of the several congested points in the locality. The aircraft was part of the four Kiran fighter formation doing the aerobatic performance. This fighter failed to lift itself from a dive and continued to plunge till it hit a cell-phone tower before crashing into a water tank on the top of the building. The building was badly damaged.

Thousands of spectators who were cheering the formation right at the beginning of the show, just before noon, were horrified as the fighter listlessly plunged downwards. As it crashed a thick smoke billowed from the ground. The trainer aircraft was built by Hindustan Aeronautics.

Yesterday's crash is the second incident in four days involving the armed forces’ aerobatic display teams. On February 27, the IAF Sarang display team’s ALH Dhruv crashlanded at Jaisalmer during rehearsals for an air show

India fighter aircraft crashes in West Bengal
An Indian Air Force MIG-21 fighter aircraft has crashed soon after take-off from an airbase at Bagdogra in the eastern state of West Bengal.

The accident took place Friday afternoon during a routine flight. The pilot reported certain trouble in mid-air, then managed to bale out using his parachute.

He was later picked up by a search and rescue helicopter and rushed to a nearby military hospital. An investigation is underway.

The accident came a day after a MIG-27 of the Indian Air Force crashed on Thursday near the Hashimara air base in the state. The aircraft's pilot was killed in the crash

ذكرت مصادر بوزارة الدفاع ان طائرة تابعة للبحرية الهندية تحطمت اليوم (الأربعاء) خلال عرض جوى فى حيدرأباد عاصمة ولاية اندرا براديش الجنوبية، مما اسفر عن مقتل الطيار.
وأضافت المصادر "ان طائرة من طراز "كيران ام كيه 2" تابعة للبحرية الهندية تحطمت خلال احدى التشكيلات التى جاءت فى اطار عرض جوى تم تنظيمه من أجل حفل افتتاح قمة الطيران الهندية. وقد سقطت الطائرة على مبنى بالقرب من مطار بيجومبيت فى حيدرأباد. وارسلت طائرات متخصصة فى اطفاء الحرائق لاخماد النيران التى التهمت المنزل الذى سقطت عليه الطائرة".
وذكرت المصادر انه قد صدر امر باجراء تحقيق فى حادث التحطم.
