كشفت شركة Hypermach عن طائرة ركاب تحمل اسم سونيك ستار SonicStar, تتميز هذه الطائره بسرعه عاليه تفوق سرعة الصوت بثلاث مرات, حيث تبلغ سرعتها القصوى 4,200 كيلومتر في الساعة أي ما يعادل ( 1 كيلو متر في الثانيه ) , ويتوقع أن يكون سعرها في حدود الـ80 مليون دولار.
