As the National Airline of the UAE, we have a great vision to see more Omani Nationals taking their rightful place as pilots in one of the fastest growing airlines in the world.
Our new cadet training program based in Al-Ain, will be a full-time, 18 month course. Successful graduates are guaranteed a seat aboard our modern fleet as Etihad Airways’ Second Officers.

If one of your ambitions is to become one of the family members of the UAE National carrier and join the program please consider the entry criteria listed below:
- Omani National
- Age between 18-30 years old by Jan 2013
- Higher Diploma or Bachelor holders
- Strong written and verbal English language
- Medically fit
