Airport Services Manager

1. Responsible for the overall station operational activities including those outsourced to external ground services providers;
2. Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations including NCAA, IATA, and ISAGO Standards and Recommended Practices;
3. Establishing staffing levels within the ground operations;
4. Selecting operational personnel;
5. Developing technical skills of staff members and evaluating their performances;
6. Encouraging staff to do their jobs as efficient as possible;
7. Establishing local services standards, and maintaining appearance and condition of the facilities;
8. Addressing all concerns, complaints, and questions raised by customer airlines;
9. Representing the Company at airport management meetings or industry conferences.
Skills
1. Minimum 7 years relevant experience in a similar organization;
2. Computer literate;
3. Strong managerial skills;
4. Strong analytical skills;
5. Speaking, reading, and writing in Arabic and English is a must;
6. Ability to deliver continues process improvements;
7. Knowledge of Quality and Safety systems is an advantage.
