    [حل مشكلة] FileZilla بعد التحديث وطريقة الاتصال بالاستضافة

    بعد تحديث برنامج FileZilla وخلال الاتصال مع بعض الاستضافات تظهر هذه الرسالة ويتوقف الاتصال بالموقع
    Received certificate chain could not be verified. Verification status is 66.
    Error: Could not connect to server

    طرحت شركة NameCheap حلاً للمشكلة ويمكن تطبيقة على معظم المستضيفين

    - How to set up FileZilla ?
    Once you’ve downloaded and installed FileZilla, launch the program.
    Navigate to the File tab > Site Manager menu:


    Click on New Site to configure a new connection:



    The recommended (SFTP) settings are as follows:

    Host: sftp://server your account is hosted on
    Port: 21098
    Protocol: SFTP
    Logon Type: Normal
    User: your cPanel username
    Password: your cPanel password

      Mostly likely the IP address has been blocked by the server firewall. Due to some activity of my FTP over the server or due to some failed login attempts. Which most likely cause my IP address to be blocked by server firewall.

      I believe that it’s possible to change or getting new IP address by rebooting the home router.

      some firewalls are set to block connections by IP after 3 invalid login attempts either into cPanel, ftp or email;

      So better to adjust the Firezilla'ssetting as: Site Manger -> Transfer Setting -> Limit number of simultaneous connections then set it to 3 instead of 10 by default it should fix your issue.
