عندي مشكل مع العربية في phpو mysql
عندما أطلب البيانات من قاعدة البيانات تخرج على شكل ؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟

حاولت التغيير إلى UTF-8 لكن دون جدوى
