انا واحد من الناس اللى كانو فى الانتر فيو النهاردة بس الناس كانو كتير كنا اكتر من 450 واحد فعلا كتير وكل اللى هما عملو خدو السى فهات ودلوقتى مستنين المكلمات ربنا يستر :iconloli:

انا لسة جاي يا جماعة وكان في كمية ناس مش عارف كل الناس عايزة الضيافة ولا اية المهم انهم خدوا الس في وانا عارف انهم مش هيتصلو لان كان في هناك حيتان لغة وكل حاجة من ناحية الاختبارات بتاعتهم في ائلي بقالة 4 سنين بيقدم في 5 في 8 يعني ائلي عرفته اني مفقدش الامل لان دي اول مرة ليا وانا كنت همشي وربنا يوفقك الكل ان شاء الله انا اسف اني طولت عليكم :ANSmile29:

طب ما انا قولت كدا بس بص انا معايا انجلش وشوية ايطالي وائلي كنت بتكلم عليهم معاهم اكتر مني وانا قالولي هتنصل ومحدش اتصل بيا انا بص بكالوريس سياحة وفنادق واشتغلت في مصر وفي ماليزيا في فنادق ومطاعم وطولي 182 س ووزني 85 ك معرفش انا ناقصني اية لو حد عارف يقول ممكن

i was so depressed after this open day
because they didnt call
what i was supposed to do !
i was dressed formally
presented my cv
talking 3 languages fluently!
so how did they choose people
curious to know
they had to tell us , what was our problems
so we can work on improving it

The people looking at the CV's were current Cabin Crew.... so it is safe to say they did not see ALL CV's like they should have. There were over 450 people and only 2 Cabin Crew members looking at CV's for about 3-4 hours. Needless to say their stategy was not a good one. Which says something about the company itself. Don't feel bad if they did not call you, just keep applying. Good luck to all with the same problem. I know there were a lot of people more than qualified for the position that were not called.

You are welcome, I actually was going through the same thing and my wife helped me think things through. If you look at the situation it makes sense, so keep trying and good luck. el7amdulillah for everything
