i think its the avionics engineer license acording to the EGCAA regulations
you can get this license through studying teh basic course in embaba airport i donno if they still offering it then you have to attend on job training for at least 18 months then u get the license which is without type rating
go to Egyptian Aviation academy in embaba and ask
also go ask in Egypt air training
