علنت إدارة الطيران المدني في أذربيجان أن طائرة شحن تابعة لشركة "سيلك واي" تحطمت، أمس الأربعاء، في أفغانستان، مما أدى إلى مقتل 7 من طاقمها المؤلف من 9 أفراد. مضيفةً أن الطائرة تحطمت بعد إقلاعها من مطار دوير في أفغانستان، وأفادت أن أفراد طاقم الطائرة هم من أذربيجان وأوكرانيا وأوزبكستان.

Nine people died in the Wednesday crash of the Azerbaijani An-12 cargo plane, the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry's Directorate General for Consular Service said Thursday.
A freight plane of Azerbaijan's Silk Way airline crashed on Wednesday in Afghanistan, killing seven of its nine crew, Azerbaijan's civil aviation administration said.
It said the plane had crashed after taking off from Dwyer airport in Afghanistan. The crew were from Azerbaijan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan.
Silk Way Airlines operate, amongst other aircraft types, 2 Antonov AN-12BP (4K-AZ23 and 4K-AZ63), 2 Antonov AN-12BK (4K-AZ33 and 4K-AZ93) and an Antonov AN-12B (4K-AZ25). 4K-AZ25 was seen positioning from Baku (Azerbaijan) to Bagram (Afghanistan) early May 18th 2016. 4K-AZ93 was seen operating into Baku on May 18th and did not leave Baku again.
