i understand what is the ILS CAT but i have 2 questions

IF the weather is good and there is a rwy who have CAT I and II i will choose to land with any CAT or the controller should tell ?

if a rwy is CAT I this mean that the decision height not lower than 200 ft this mean that i have to desingage the autopilot on 200 ft ?
