100% Electronic Ticketing


On behalf of the airlines, IATA Simplify the business (StB) initiative has called for a 100% e-ticket environment from the 01st June 2008.




'What does 100% e-ticketing mean?' Here's a quick guide...
The BSP will continue to provide manually issued MPD (Miscellaneous Purpose Document) documents to the markets already using that kind of document.

• Airlines unable to provide any electronic ticketing capabilities will not be authorized for ticket issuance in travel agencies by IATA.
