1- Aviation academies and airlines check our grades (at school) or just they need the bachelor degree ?

Some airlines and academies need a specific grade just like Saudi Airlines need at least %80 or Qatar Aeronautical Collage need at least %75.
Other airlines/academies don't check the grade or dont require a high school certificate at all. So basically it depend on the airline/academy

2- if I will be graduated in June 2014, when I must apply for aviation academies or cadet pilot program ? example: before 5 months ?! They have a deadline ?

You should contact them because some of them might need your certificate before applying.

My problem is that I want to work in Europe but I think it's impossible (Egyptian nationality, living in Lebanon and I don't want to work in Egypt) and I don't know where to work or study aviation, but I prefer academies or cadet pilot program which help me to find a work.

Omar these days is very difficult to find an airline pilot job after graduation and you can't choose were you want to work, if you found one no matter where even if its in the worst country say thanks god and never hesitate.

You should always remember that there are many pilots are
PAYING(LineTraining) to get a job NOT GETTING PAID
