أعلنت وكالة الأنباء الإيرانية عن سقوط طائرة مروحية تابعة لشركة النفط الوطنية الإيرانية صباح اليوم في بحر قزوين ,مقتل طاقمها المكون من خمسة أفراد.
ونقلت الوكالة عن عمدة مدينة بوشهر الإيرانية إن “الحادث كان نتيجة خلل فني وقد وقع فجر اليوم بعد أن نقلت الطائرة أحد المصابين إلى ميناء أمير كبير النفطي”، مؤكدا مقتل طاقمها الخمسة. و أعلن الهلال الأحمر الإيراني انتشال فرق الإنقاذ 3 جثث لركاب المروحیة البالغ عددهم 5 أشخاص، وتواصل البحث بقية أفراد الطاقم الذين تأكد مقتلهم .

The Governor of Behshahr said that all five passengers on board were killed in a National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) helicopter whcih crashed in the Caspian sea on Sunday, IRNA reported.
Khalegh Sajjadi told IRNA that the dead bodies of three of the passengers were recovered by Red Crescent Society rescue teams.
He added that the search operation continues to recover the 2 other bodies.

عثرت السلطات الفرنسية في مرتفعات بوغ يوم السبت على جثتي طيارين فُقد أثر طائرتهما الجمعة الماضي في منطقة جبال الألب وفق ما أعلنت مصادر قضائية في مدينة شامبيري المجاورة. ولم تحدد السلطات هوية الطيارين بعد. لكنها أوضحت أن الطائرة السياحية أقلعت من ألمانيا.

The two-seater private plane was heading to the French city of Albertville and a search began Friday evening when it failed to land as scheduled.
The wreckage was spotted on Mount Trelod in the Bauges mountains with an altitude of around 2,200 metres (7,200 feet).
"The aircraft had slammed into the eastern face of the summit during bad weather conditions," the prosecutor said.

Crash: LAMIA Bolivia RJ85 near Medellin on Nov 28th 2016, impact with terrain

A LAMIA Bolivia Avro RJ-85, registration CP-2933 performing flight LMI-2933 from Santa Cruz (Bolivia) to Medellin (Colombia) with 72 passengers and 9 crew, was descending towards Medellin about 15-20nm southeast of Medellin in the area of La Ceija (Colombia) when the aircraft disappeared from radar screens. The Airport of Medellin reported the crash site has been located, there may be survivors.

قال مسؤول هندي كبير إن ثلاثة ضباط في الجيش على الأقل لاقوا حتفهم وأصيب آخر بعد تحطم مروحية في ولاية غرب البنغال بشرق الهند. وأضاف المسؤول الذي طلب عدم نشر اسمه "تحطمت الطائرة عندما كانت الطائرة التابعة للجيش الهندي والتي كانت في طلعة جوية روتينية على وشك الهبوط في قاعدة سوخنا العسكرية في غرب البنغال بعد الساعة 10:30 صباحا (بالتوقيت المحلي)." وصرح المسؤول بأن مسؤولين كبارا من الجيش الهندي وفريق إنقاذ اسرعوا بعد الحادث مباشرة إلى موقع الحادث، مضيفا أنه تم نقل المصابين إلى مستشفى محلية حيث قيل أن حالتهم خطيرة. وذكر المسؤول أن الجيش الهندي أمر بالتحقيق في حادث تحطم الطائرة. ومنذ عام 1960، قامت شركة هيندوستان ايروناوتيكس الحكومية المحدودة ببناء طائرة شيتاه التي يوجد بها محرك واحد (نموذج اصلي لـ اس ايه 315 بي لاما) بترخيص من شركة ايروسباتيال الفرنسية. ويوجد ما يربو على 100 مروحية مماثلة لدى الجيش الهندي.

An army helicopter has reportedly crashed at Sukna Military Camp in West Bengal around 11.45 am Wednesday morning, killing three officers and leaving one junior commissioned officer critically injured.

العثور على حطام مروحية إندونيسية وإنقاذ شخص وفقدان 4 آخرين
قال المتحدث العسكري البريجيدير جنرال ووريانتو إنه تم تحديد موقع الهليكوبتر الاندونيسية التي فقد الاتصال بها خلال عبورها فوق جزيرة بورنيو اليوم (الاحد). وأضاف المتحدث "تلقى الافراد إشارة "تحديد الموقع للطوارئ" من الطائرة المفقودة." وصرح المسؤول انه كان هناك خمسة أشخاص، بينهم طيار واربعة من طاقم الطائرة على متنها عندما وقع الحادث. وكانت الطائرة تحمل امدادات لوجستية لحرس حدود اندونيسيا وماليزيا في مقاطعة شمال كاليمانتان في الجزيرة، وفقا للمسؤول. وأخبرت الاشارة موقع التنسيق بموقع الطائرة المحطمة حيث تم تحديد موقع الحادث. وتعمل الاشارة تلقائيا عندما يصطدم سطح الجهاز بشيء ما.
المروحية من طراز بيل 412 إي بي كانت تقل خمسة جنود، بينهم طياران، ونحو 400 كيلوغراما من الإمدادات إلى لونغ باوان، وهي بلدة نائية قرب الحدود مع ماليزيا، عندما فقدت المروحية الاتصال مع قاعدتها في مقاطعة كاليمانتان الشمالية بعد دقائق من إقلاعها يوم الخميس.

Bell-412 helicopter crash: Rescuers recover three bodies

Jakarta (ANTARA News) - The Search and Rescue Team on Monday recovered bodies of three passengers of the Indonesian Army helicopter, Bell-412, which crashed in the mountainous forest in Malinau District, North Kalimantan Province, on Thursday (Nov 24).
"The bodies were evacuated at around 01:00 pm Central Indonesian Time (GMT+8)," Chief of Public Information Office of the Indonesian Army (TNI AD), Brigadier General M Sabrar Fadhilah, said here on Monday.
The three bodies, identified as those of First Lieutenant Captain Ginas Sasmita Aji, First Sergeant Bayu Sadeli, and Praka Suyanto, were taken to the Indonesian Navy Hospital (RSAL) of Tarakan.
On Tuesday, the bodies will be sent to the respective families for burial. First Lieutenant Captain Ginas Sasmita Aji will be buried in Yogyakarta, First Sergeant Bayu Sadeli in Dumai, Riau, and Praka Suyanto in Madiun, East Java.
The bodies were found in the mountainous forest at a location five kilometers from Long Sulit Village, Krayan Subdistrict, Malinau District. Meanwhile, the rescue team is still searching for First Lieutenant Captain Yohanes Saputra. "The Indonesian Army has lost some of its best men during the logistic support mission and security operation along the border in Long Bawan Village," Fadhilah noted.
Previously, several military aircraft such as an NAS 332 Super Puma helicopter, a CN 235 airplane and Cassa Al AL/U 622 had been deployed to help the search operation from air along with AT 802 airplane of Pelita Air Service and C 208 of the Susi Air.
The Bell-412 helicopter, considered airworthy, was reported to have lost contact at 11:29 am local time (GMT+8), 8 miles north from Malinau at 2,500 feet.

أعلنت الشرطة الإندونيسية فقدان طائرة تابعة لها وعلى متنها 12 شخصا وهي في طريقها إلى جزيرة باتام بسنغافورة. وحسب وكالة أنباء "رويترز"، ذكر تقرير للشرطة أنه من المعتقد أن الطائرة تحطمت بين جزيرتي منساناك وسيبانجكا أو جينتار. وذكر تقرير للشرطة أنه من المعتقد أن الطائرة التي أقلعت من بانجكال بينانج في جزيرة بانجكا حوالي الساعة التاسعة والنصف صباحا بالتوقيت المحلي تحطمت بين جزيرتي منساناك وسيبانجكا أو جينتار. ووفقا لوكالة البحث والإنقاذ الإندونيسية تم العثور على متعلقات أيضا تخص الركاب.

Four people died after a small plane crash near Toledo city in Spain. The plane, which took off from the capital Madrid on their way to the city of Cascais Portuguese when it crashed for unknown reasons yet. أعلن مجلس سلامة النقل الكندي يوم الاحد تحطم طائرة كندية صغيرة وسقوطها في نهر جنوب مدينة كيبيك. وأعلنت المتحدثة بإسم شرطة مقاطعة كيبيك كريستين كولومبي في بيان إن الطائرة كانت تقلّ شخصين وتم نزعهما من بين حطامها ونقلهما إلى المستشفى وهما رجل وامرأة حالتهما خطرة.
وأكدت كولومبي أنه من السابق لأوانه معرفة سبب تحطم الطائرة، موضحة أن مجلس سلامة النقل الكندي يجمع معلومات حول الحادث ويستعد لإرسال محققين إلى الموقع.

Police investigate after plane crash near Quebec City leaves 2 dead

Investigators are trying to determine what caused a plane crash south of Quebec City that killed two people.
A 63-year-old Quebec man and a 21-year-old woman from France died when the two-seater Grumman AA-1 went down in a river near Levis, Que at around 2 p.m. Saturday.
Provincial and municipal police officers say they will question witnesses near the site today.
They say no hypothesis is excluded, including mechanical problems or pilot illness.
Transportation Safety Board officials have also been sent to the site.

ونقل بيان صادر عن القيادة العامة للقوات المسلحة الأردنية عن مصدر عسكري مسؤول قوله إن إحدى طائرات سلاح الجو الملكي نوع أف 16 تعرضت أمس الاثنين، لحادث سقوط خلال إقلاعها من إحدى القواعد الجوية في رحلة تدريبية بسبب خلل فني .
وأضاف أن الحادث أدى إلى تحطم الطائرة بشكل كامل واستشهاد طيارها الرائد الطيار المقاتل عايد أحمد نصار الدعسان الدعجة.

Jordanian pilot killed in F-16 fighter jet crash

Jordan – State media says a Jordanian pilot was killed when his F-16 fighter jet crashed outside an air base after a technical malfunction.
The official news agency Petra says the aircraft crashed shortly after take-off Monday. It identified the pilot as Maj. Ayed al-Deajah
The kingdom previously lost an F-16 fighter pilot two years ago when his aircraft crashed in Syria. The pilot was captured by Islamic State extremists who later burned him to death while he was trapped in a cage.

ووفقا لـ"رويترز"، قال إيفان أحمد رزقي تيتوس مدير العمليات بوكالة البحث والإنقاذ الإندونيسية إن الطائرة وهي من طراز هيركيوليز سي 130 أقلعت من مدينة تيميكا قبل أن تتحطم قرب وجهتها في وامينا في حوالي الساعة السادسة والربع صباحا بالتوقيت المحلي. وأضاف أنه تم التوصل إلى موقع التحطم على جبل ليزووا وأن جثث الضحايا ستنقل إلى وامينا.

INDONESIA HORROR: Air force jet crashes into side of mountain killing everyone on board

A FLIGHT has crashed into the side of a mountain in central Papua, leaving 13 dead and no survivors among the wreckage.
The Indonesian air force transport plane collided with the mountain during a training exercise in the remote region of Papua, a search and rescue agency official confirmed.
The Hercules C130 plane had taken off from the city of Timika before crashing near its destination of Wamena.
The bodies of the victims are being brought to nearby Wamena from the Lisuwa Mountain crash site.

RMAF Beechcraft plane crashes in Butterworth

Malaysia: A Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF) plane crashed on Wednesday (Dec 21) at an airbase in Butterworth, Penang, killing the pilot and injuring three others.
The aircraft, a twin-turboprop Beachcraft King Air 200T, went down at about 5.20pm local time, while attempting to land at the airbase. It had been on a training mission from Subang, according to the New Straits Times, which reported that the death toll could go up.

تحطم طائرة عسكرية روسية كانت متجهة لسوريا
أعلنت وزارة الدفاع الروسية يوم الأحد 25 ديسمبر 2016 تحطم طائرة عسكرية متجهة إلى سوريا وعلى متنها 91 شخصاً بعد إقلاعها من مدينة ادلر على البحر الأسود في جنوب البلاد.

وقالت الوزارة أن الطائرة كانت تقل 83 راكبا وثمانية من أفراد الطاقم وأن فرق الإنقاذ أرسلت للبحث عن الطائرة وهي من طراز توبوليف تو-154، مضيفة أن الطائرة اقلعت في الساعة 5,40 (2,40 ت غ) من ادلر في جنوب منتجع سوتشي على البحر الأسود في رحلة روتينية إلى قاعدة حميميم الجوية في اللاذقية.

وقالت الوزارة أن الطائرة كات تنقل عسكريين وتسعة إعلاميين وأفراداً من فرقة الكسندروف الموسيقية التابعة للجيش للمشاركة في احتفالات راس السنة في القاعدة.

وقال المتحدث باسم الكرملين دميتري بسكوف لوكالات الأنباء أن الرئيس فلاديمير بوتين على إطلاع على تطورات الوضع.

وذكر مصدر أمني لوكالة "نوفوستي"، أن الطائرة تحطمت على الأرجح في جبال إقليم كراسنودار جنوب روسيا، وقال المصدر إنه "حسب المعطيات الأولية، فإن طائرة "تو 154" التي اختفت، وصلت إلى سوتشي للتزود بالوقود من مطار تشكالوفسكي بضواحي موسكو. وهي تحطمت على الأرجح في المناطق الجبلية من إقليم كراسنودار"، مشيراً إلى أنه "حسب المعطيات المدققة، كان على متن الطائرة 91 شخصا، بمن فيهم موسيقيون وصحفيون"، وأفاد بأنه حسب المعلومات الأولية، كانت على متن الطائرة فرقة الكسندروف للغناء والرقص، التابعة لوزارة الدفاع.

أعلنت السلطات المحلية بولاية "تينيسي" الأمريكية عن مقتل ثلاثة أشخاص إثر تحطم طائرة صغيرة في الجبال الواقعة شرقي الولاية. وذكرت شبكة "فوكس نيوز" الأمريكية، أن طائرة استطلاع تابعة لقوات الحرس الوطني التابعة للجيش في "تينيسي" عثرت مساء أمس على الطائرة داخل حديقة جبال "غريت سموكي" الوطنية، وهي حديقة وطنية وموقع تراث عالمي تقع على الحدود بين ولايتي "نورث كارولينا" و"تينيسي" في الولايات المتحدة. وأضافت أنه تم العثور على الأشخاص الثلاثة الذين كانوا على متن الطائرة، شخصين بالغين وطفل يبلغ من العمر 8 سنوات، وقد قضوا جميعا في الحادث. وأشارت إلى أن الطائرة، وهي طائرة صغيرة من طراز "سيسنا 182"، كانت في طريقها إلى مطار "جاتلينبرج بيجون فورج" بولاية "تينيسي حين اختفت

The New London-Spicer School District confirmed that Deb Solsrud, who was involved in the activities of the school district, was the other person aboard the plane, TwinCities.com reported Wednesday.
Investigators were at the crash scene Wednesday afternoon documenting the wreckage and the scene, searching for clues to the crash cause.
The aircraft stalled while trying to land, said officials with the Volusia County Sheriff's Department.
The plane is owned and manufactured by Independent Technologies, which lists Daryl Ingalsbe as the company's owner and CEO, the newspaper added. The other victim was Deb Solsrud of New London, Minnesota.

Four people died when a medical transport airplane crashed in a parking lot in Elko, Nev., sparking multiple explosions and a fire on Friday night.
A heart patient being transported to the University of Utah and three crew members died when the Piper PA 31 aircraft crashed under unknown circumstances. It had just taken off from Elko Regional Airport, located some 300 miles north of Las Vegas, and crashed in the Barrick Gold Corp. parking lot
Air ambulance company American Medflight said the company was "devastated by this event and wish we had answers to the many questions being asked at this time. We are cooperating fully with the National Transportation Safety Board and the Federal Aviation Administration as they investigate the accident."
Dr. Rodney Badger said his patient aboard the aircraft had coronary artery disease and was having chest pains and a rapid heartbeat about 5:30 p.m. The decision was made to transport him to Utah for medical care.

Two Friends Dead After Plane Crashes Near Sierra Sky Park In Northwest Fresno
Pilot William Huene, 47, and his passenger, 32-year-old Chase Splan, both from Fresno, died when the small plane they were in crashed into the San Joaquin River on Monday. The two men were close friends.
The Federal Aviation Administration and the National Transportation Safety Board are investigating how two people died Monday afternoon in a Northwest Fresno plane crash.
Authorities said they were killed shortly after the plane took off from Sierra Sky Park around 1:30 p.m. The bodies were recovered by firefighters hours later, and crews will guard the scene until the NTSB starts their investigation in the morning.
Along the Sierra Sky Park runway are homes, neighbors and friends. So, a deadly plane crash one day after Christmas is affecting their entire community.

وذكرت وسائل إعلام محلية أن الطائرة وهي من طراز 'سيسنا ستيشن جيت' صغير الحجم، اختفت عن الرادارات فوق بحيرة 'إري'، إحدى البحيرات العظمى الخمس في شمال أميركا، على مقربة من الحدود الكندية.
وقالت صحيفة 'لوس أنجلوس تايمز' إن الطائرة كانت متجهة من مطار 'بروك ليكفرونت'، شمالي أوهايو، إلى مطار جامعة ولاية أوهايو وسط الولاية.
من جانبه، بين مايكل مولين، رئيس الاستجابة في القطاع التاسع من خفر السواحل الأميركية، في مؤتمر صحافي، أن الطائرة غير مصممة للهبوط على سطح الماء، والظلام وهطول الثلوج عملا على تعقيد أعمال البحث.
وأوضح أن المسار الذي رُسم للطائرة يتجه شمالاً نحو البحيرة، ثم ينعطف جنوباً نحو وجهتها، بعد أن تبلغ الارتفاع المطلوب، إلا أن الرادارات فقدت إشارات الطائرة فوق البحيرة.
وأضاف أن 'مسؤولية التحقق من سلامة الطائرة وأهليتها للإقلاع تقع على قائدها، وهو السيد فليمينغ في هذه الحالة'.

As search and rescue crews searched Lake Erie for a small plane that disappeared overnight shortly after takeoff from Cleveland, Coast Guard officials are hopeful the six passengers could be found alive, the agency said Friday.
The Cessna Citation 525 aircraft departed Burke Lakefront Airport in Ohio at 10:50 p.m. ET on Thursday. According to the Federal Aviation Administration, its intended destination was Ohio State University in Columbus, but the plane was not visible on radar. The plane disappeared shortly after takeoff about 2 miles over Lake Erie.
At a morning news conference, Capt. Michael Mullen, the chief of response for the Ninth Coast Guard District, said the crews searching for the plane are in search-and-rescue mode, not recovery mode, as they ply waters that are about 50 feet deep.

أفادت السلطات الإندونيسية الأحد 18 ديسمبر 2016 بأن 13 شخصا لقوا مصرعهم جراء تحطم طائرة نقل تابعة لسلاح الجو الإندونيسي في منطقة جبلية بمقاطعة بابوا شرق البلاد. ونقلت وكالة "رويترز" عن إيفان أحمد رزقي تيتوس، مدير العمليات في وكالة البحث والإنقاذ الإندونيسية، قوله إن الطائرة التي تنتمي إلى طراز "لوكهيد سي-130 هيركوليز" وكانت تقل 13 شخصا على متنها، تحطمت نتيجة لاصطدامها بجبل أثناء مشاركتها في تدريبات عسكرية.
وأضاف المسؤول أن الطائرة أقلعت من مدينة تيميكا متوجهة إلى مدينة وامينا، وتحطمت في منطقة جبل ليزووا قرب وجهتها في حوالي الساعة 6:15 صباحا بالتوقيت المحلي (23:15 بتوقيت غرينيتش).
من جانبها، رجحت وكالة "أسوشيتد برس" أن سبب تحطم الطائرة قد يكمن في سوء الظروف الجوية.
تجدر الإشارة إلى أن هذا ليس الحادث الأول من نوعه في الآونة الأخيرة بإندونيسيا، حيث لقي 13 شخصا حتفهم في الـ3 من الشهر الجاري جراء تحطم طائرة فوق مياه بحر الصين الجنوبي في مقاطعة جزر رياو.
يذكر أن الرئيس الإندونيسي جوكو ويدودو توعد بتحديث الأسطول المتقادم لسلاح جو بلاده في أعقاب سقوط طائرة نقل من طراز "هيركوليس" أيضا على حي سكني في مدينة ميدان، مركز مقاطعة سومطرة الشمالية، 30 يونيو/حزيران 2015، ما أودى بحياة أكثر من 100 شخص.

​Indonesia loses fifth C-130 since 2000
The Indonesian air force Lockheed Martin C-130H that crashed in the country’s Papua region was conducting a joint navigation training and logistics mission, and marks Jakarta’s fifth loss of the type since 2000.
The aircraft bore serial number A-1334. Flight Fleets Analyzer shows that it was delivered to the Royal Australian Air Force in 1977, and served with it until it was parked in 2012.
It returned to operation on 8 February 2016 after refurbishment by Airbus Defence & Space in Australia.
A-1334 is the first aircraft from a five aircraft deal from 2013, under which Indonesia purchased former RAAF C-130Hs. Powered by four Rolls-Royce T56 engines, its manufacturer's serial number was 4785. In RAAF service it bore serial number A97-005.
This five aircraft sale was subsequent to a previous deal under which four former RAAF C-130H aircraft were gifted to Indonesia.

Indonesia Air Force Plane Crash Cause: Why Did Hercules C-130 Plane With 13 On Board Crash
An Indonesian air force transport plane, which was carrying 13 people, crashed into a mountain during a training exercise in the remote region of Papua on Sunday. The crash killed everyone on board the Hercules C-130 plane, a search and rescue agency official reportedly said.
Bad weather is suspected to be the cause of the crash, Air Force Chief of Staff Agus Supriatna told MetroTV. The plane took off from the city of Timika before crashing near its destination about 124 miles away in Wamena, Ivan Ahmad Riski Titus, operational director of Indonesia's Search and Rescue Agency, said according to the Associated Press.
Titus said rescuers located the crash site on Lisuwa mountain and bodies of the victims were being brought back to Wamena.
Indonesia has been plagued by transportation accidents in recent years. In June 2015, the same type of plane belonging to the country's air force crashed near a residential neighborhood shortly after taking off from Medan, killing all 12 crew and 109 passengers on board, as well as 22 people on the ground. Following the incident, Widodo had promised a review of the country's ageing air force fleet.
