أكدت شركة الخطوط الجوية الكندية يوم الخميس إن رحلتها رقم 190 المتجهة الى تورونتو من فيكتوريا في كولومبيا البريطانية هبطت اضطراريا بسبب اصابات غير محددة لركاب.
وقالت الشركة انه وفقا لقائمة اولية للركاب فان الطائرة وهي من طراز ايرباص 319 كانت تقل 83 راكبا وخمسة من افراد الطاقم مشيرة الى ان هذه الارقام تحتاج الى تاكيد.
وقالت ايضا ان العدد الدقيق للركاب الذين نقلوا الى المستشفى غير متاح.

Plane was on way from Victoria to Toronto when turbulence hit, injuring several people
Fourteen people suffered minor injuries, mostly to the back and neck, said Calgary EMS spokesman Stuart Brideaux.
More than a dozen people from the flight were taken to hospital, say medical officials. (CBC) "It happened really fast. One side of the plane went up sort of sideways and then came back down," one passenger told CBC News.
She said she saw her friend, who was among those taken to the hospital, "fly up" and hit the ceiling.
Flight 190 was en route from Victoria to Toronto when it made an emergency landing in Calgary at 8:30 a.m. MT.
Crews responded with 19 ambulances after receiving reports of multiple injuries on board the Airbus A319.
Emergency crews are assessing 10 passengers from a flight that encountered turbulence and was forced to make an unscheduled stop in Calgary Thursday morning.
Calgary Emergency Medical Services said they were called for reports of multiple injuries onboard Flight 190 which was en route from Victoria to Toronto.
"It landed safely at 8:30 a.m. MT," said Bryce Paton of the Calgary Airport Authority. "We understand there are no life-threatening injuries."
Air Canada said the preliminary passenger list indicates the plane was carrying 83 passengers and five crew members.
The Airbus A319 is sitting on the tarmac, surrounded by emergency vehicles. There are no visible signs of external damage to the plane, said CBC reporter Erin Collins
