شركة Norwegian Air تشتري 30 طائرة إضافية من طراز بوينغ 737

أعلنت شركة الطيران النرويجية Norwegian Air Shuttle يوم الجمعة أنها استخدمت خيارها لشراء 30 طائرة إضافية من طراز بوينغ 737 ماكس 8، ليرتفع إجمالي طلبياتها المؤكدة إلى 80 طائرة.
وقال الرئيس التنفيذي غير كارلسن في بيان: "إن هذا الطلب الكبير جاء بشروط مغرية ويضمن نمو أسطولنا بما يتماشى مع خططنا للنمو المستدام."
وأكدت الشركة أن التسليم النهائي للطائرات مقرر الآن في عام 2031، بعد تعديلات على جدول التسليم، علماً أنها أعلنت في البداية عن صفقة لشراء 50 طائرة عام 2022.

Norwegian Air to buy an additional 30 Boeing 737 aircraft
-Norwegian Air Shuttle said on Friday it had exercised an option to buy an additional 30 Boeing 737 MAX 8, bringing its total firm order to 80 aircraft.
“This milestone aircraft order is on attractive terms and secures our fleet growth in a way that supports our planned growth and sustainability targets,” CEO Geir Karlsen said in a statement.
The airline confirmed the final aircraft delivery is now scheduled for 2031, following adjustments to the delivery timeline. It initially announced the deal for 50 aircraft in 2022.
