    أعلنت هيئة الطيران المدني في جنوب السودان أن طائرة سقطت اليوم الاثنين جنوب غربي العاصمة جوبا، مما أودى بحياة جميع الركاب البالغ عددهم 14.
    وأفادت الهيئة في بيان بأن الطائرة، وهي من طراز (سيسنا 208 كارافان) وتشغلها شركة سيتي لينك للطيران، فقدت الاتصال في أثناء رحلتها إلى مطار جوبا الدولي.
    وأضافت أن الطائرة أقلعت في الساعة 09:15 بالتوقيت المحلي، وفقدت الاتصال في الساعة 09:43. وكان على متنها 13 راكباً وطياراً، بينهم كينيان و12 من جنوب السودان. وأشار البيان إلى أن التقارير الأولية تشير إلى احتمال سقوط الطائرة بسبب سوء الأحوال الجوية، ولا سيما انخفاض الرؤية.

      Plane crash in South Sudan kills all 14 on board

      A small passenger plane has crashed in South Sudan killing all 14 people on board, the country's civil aviation authority (SSCAA) has said.
      Officials have sent a team to the crash site for investigations but initial reports have suggested the aircraft may have come down "due to adverse weather conditions, particularly low visibility", the SSCAA added in a statement.
      The plane crashed about 20km (12 miles) south-west of the capital, Juba, on Monday morning. It had taken off from Yei at 09:15 local time ( 07:15 GMT) and the authorities lost contact about 30 minutes into the journey to the capital.
      Among the 14 on the flight – the pilot and 13 passengers – were 12 South Sudanese and two Kenyans.
      The plane - a Cessna 208 Caravan - was operated by CityLink Aviation Ltd.
      South Sudan - the world's youngest country - has a poorly developed transport network and the aviation industry does not have a good safety record.
      The Cessna 208 Caravan, which was operated by CityLink Aviation, ‌lost communication while flying from Yei to Juba International Airport, it added in a statement.
      Among those onboard were two Kenyan nationals, while the rest were South Sudanese.
      A team has been sent to the site to gather information and support emergency services, the aviation authority said.
      Videos of the crash site, located some 20km (12 miles) outside of Juba, showed the remains of the aircraft in flames.
