Professional Pilot Course (AS&MEL)
Here are the details of the courses, you will be taking.
(minimum dual required = 20 hr only, so the cost could be $600 less)
Audio/VisI am giving you a rough estimate for 250 hr. Under FAR 141 you need only 190 hr for CPL, but average person take around 220hrs.to finish CPL and the cost is almost the same.
1. PPL
40 hr. dual C-152 (it could be less with hard work) = $4800.00
5 hr. Solo C-152 400.00
20 hr. Ground school (one on one-it could be less ) 800.00

This is the best option but nobody can achieve this goal and other school advertise in their sales pitch, till student get there and at the end find out differently. I have given you an average cost, it could cost less or more depending upon your performance.

<DIR>1, we need your current and valid passport copy, your permanent home address, phone and email address. Your place of birth.
2,we need a financial statement to show your ability to afford training and living expenses in the USA.
3, we need to talk with you so that we can assess your English.
4, we need a deposit of $ 200 (For express mail and processing).
5, we need to get you a TSA security clearance before you can start your training.
TSA Security clearance
1, For USA citizens =
A, We need original passport or birth certificate (no copies).
B, We need to make logbook endorsement.
C, We need to make copies of both for our record for TSA inspection.
2, for non-USA citizen
A, Go to www.flightschoolcandidates.gov and start a "NEW ACCOUNT" by clicking on it.
B, Give your information and email and then TSA will email you, your user ID and temporary password.
C, You should change your temporary password to permanent (follow their instructions on the same page).
D, Go to TSA's home page and start a new 9 page application (follow the instructions on each page).
E, Submit the application.
Now the application will come to School for acceptance, as soon as we accept the application, TSA will send you a mail stating you should pay $130 fee electronically by using a credit card. After that TSA will send you a mail, instructing you to get fingerprint. After TSA gets your fingerprint they will issue you and school a letter that you are authorized to initiate flight training. After TSA's authorisation, you can start your training.

Foreign Pilot license conversion to USA Private Pilot Certificate (if you already have a foreign Pilot License)
1, Go to www.faa.gov and click on license and certificates.
2 Go to Pilot certificates and click on Foreign Pilot license Authenticity and verification.
3, Fill out the form and fax it to FAA.
Give San Antonio as FSDO or FAA office for your paper processor.
Add a note to FAA to fax a copy to School = Fax= 210-828-4872.
