To join our team you need to possess excellent interpersonal skills, a smiling and friendly disposition and an excellent standard of personal presentation. You will be a committed individual who gains both motivation and satisfaction from delivering customer service above and beyond the call of duty. This will be evident in your recent career which should include at least 12 months’ experience in a face-to-face customer service role.
We are particularly interested in individuals who possess a sound knowledge of Australia and the Australian culture and who are able to combine exceptional customer service with the Spirit of Australia. Proficiency in a European or Asian language would also be an advantage.
