مشكلة في عصاة الالعاب !!!

well Im using a (Logitech attack3 USB joystick) one year ago till yesterday & it works very good with me , but yesterday a small problem had occurred , the following pic's will explain the problem to you from A to Z respectively :
Note : when I plug my internet DSL usb in the same port , It works properly
