A helicopter crash in Kazakhstan on Friday claimed eight lives. There were no survivors.

According to the emergency situations department of the East Kazakhstan Region, the wreck was spotted near the village of Makanchi.

“All of the eight people on board died. The debris are scattered over a surface of 800 square meters,” the department said.

The causes of the crash are unknown yet.

A Mi-817 helicopter left Ust-Kamenogorsk on Friday for the village of Makanchi, the Urdzhar district, for a search and rescue operation. From there it was to proceed to the villages of Karabuta, Kokterek and Blagodarnoye. At 11:05 on Friday the copter left Makanchi. The crew established communication contact with the air traffic controller. The next communication session was due in one hour later, but no more messages from the crew followed.

قال المسؤلين في ولاية كارولينا الجنوبية ان الطائرة كانت تحاول الهبوط اضطراريا وقد قتلت رجلا كان يمشي او الركض على طول الشاطئ.
وقالت المتحدثة باسم الانقاذ ان الطائرة ذات المحرك الواحد بدأت تسريب النفط عند حوالي 13،000 قدم (3،900 متر) ، وكانت تحاول الهبوط في مطار هيلتون رئيس جزيرة.
قال كابتن الطائرة ان الوقود حجب الرؤية عنه وحاول الهبوط الأراضي على شاطئ البحر في كثبان بالميتو في وقت متأخر بعد ظهر اليوم الاثنين.
وقال ان الطائرة سقطت على رجل كان يمشي على الشاطئ، ومن ناحية أخرة لم يتم التصريح بأسم أسماء الرجل الذي قتل ، ولا أسم الطيار والراكب الذي كان معه.

HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C.—A plane made an emergency landing on Hilton Head Island Monday, killing one person.

Officials confirm the individual who was killed was not in the plane, but bystander on the beach. Hilton Head Fire Marshal Joheida Fister said the victim was a man who was exercising on the beach.

Authorities also say the plane was on the way from Orlando to Virginia, and had engine trouble. The first sign of trouble was as oil leak. The pilot reportedly wanted to land at Hilton Head’s airport, but oil then covered the windshield, and the propeller “left the plane.“

An FAA spokesperson tells WSAV the plane landed around 6:05 p.m., about halfway into the flight.

Flight records show the plane was en route to Hampton Roads Executive in Chesapeake, Virginia. It left Orlando Executive Airport around 4:51 p.m. Monday according to FlightAware.com. The plane was scheduled to arrive in Virginia at 7:38 p.m. The site also says the plane flew from Hampton Roads Executive to Orlando Executive early this morning, departing at 6:55 a.m. and arriving in Florida at 9:28 a.m.

The Beaufort County Coroner is on scene, and the FAA and NTSB are on the way, officials say.

According to FAA records, the plane is a Lancair IV-P, a fixed wing single-engine plane. The plane is registered to a Edward Smith of Chesapeake, Virginia.

قتل طيار ومساعده عندما تحطمت طائرتهما الخالية من الركاب البالغ سعتها 30 مقعدا في مدينة داروين أقصى شمال استراليا اليوم.
وكات الطائرة ذات الدفع التوربيني المزدوج التابعة لشركة /آيرنورث/ قد أقلعت من مطار داروين, ولكنها سقطت وتحطمت واشتعلت فيها النيران قبل مسافة قصيرة من ممر جوي في قاعدة جوية قريبة.
وقالت متحدثة باسم مصلحة الخدمات الجوية الاسترالية في كانبيرا, نقلا عن وكالة الأنباء الألمانية,
إن الطائرة المنكوبة هي برازيلية الصنع من طراز /إيمبراير 120/.
واضافت.. كان هناك تحطم لطائرة في داروين هذا الصباح, ونحن لا نعتقد انه كان هناك أي ركاب على متنها، وهي انباء جيدة.

witness told the Northern Territory News he saw the 30-seater Airnorth Embraer plough into trees at the Darwin RAAF base section of the Darwin International airport about 10.15am.
He said he watched as the plane flew over the main airstrip and into bush near the RAAF golf course on Bagot Rd.
"We just heard this loud bang and then looked and saw the plane explode."
Pilots Greg Seymon and Shane Whitbread were killed in the crash. Both were undergoing routine ongoing training at the time of the crash.
Police assistant commissioner Mark Payne said the pilots were on a training flight and crashed shortly after take off from the main runway at Darwin airport, which is used by domestic and international flights.
"Our heartfelt condolences go out to the families,'' he said.
A huge plume of smoke could be seen for several kilometres after the plane crashed.
"Most people in Darwin would have been able to see it,'' Mr Payne said.
He said the cause of the accident was unknown.
Police, St John Ambulance and firefighters sealed off the crash site. St John Ambulance spokesman Michael McKay said paramedics had been unable to get in to the smouldering plane.
"The site has been declared unsafe and the site is still smouldering," he said.

An Embraer 120ER Brasilia turboprop plane, registered VH-ANB, was destroyed in a takeoff accident at Darwin Airport, NT (DRW), Australia. Both pilots were killed. The crew was conducting a training flight when the EMB-120 crashed at the airport's boundary were the Darwin RAAF Station is located.

BROWNSVILLE, Tenn.
A medical helicopter crashed in a thunderstorm in western Tennessee early Thursday, killing a pilot and two nurses on a return trip from delivering a patient. There were no survivors.
Another medical helicopter had declined to make a flight in the area at the time because of the weather.
Tennessee Emergency Management Agency spokesman Jeremy Heidt in Nashville said the flight crashed in a field near Brownsville around 6 a.m. CDT.
Haywood County Sheriff Melvin Bond said nearby factory workers reported seeing a large burst of lightning, followed by an orange glow in the area of the crash.
He said the helicopter crew was communicating with its base when radio contact was lost. The pilot had given no indication of a problem, he said.
Authorities said the helicopter had flown a patient from Parsons to Jackson-Madison County General Hospital and was returning to its base in Brownsville when it went down a few miles from its destination.
"The pilot was not in contact with air traffic controllers at the time of the crash and there had been no indication of problems," said Lynn Lunsford, a spokesman with the Federal Aviation Administration in Fort Worth, Texas. Lunsford said the FAA and the National Transportation Safety Board were investigating.
"They (investigators) will look at everything from the aircraft to the weather," Lunsford said. "As the NTSB says, 'man, machine and environment."'
Rich Okulski, a supervisor in the Memphis office of the National Weather Service, said there were thunderstorms in the area at the time and weather could have played a role in the crash.
Okulski said the agency doesn't have an observer in Brownsville. But at the time of the crash, a thunderstorm was in progress at McKellar-Sipes Regional Airport in Jackson, about 25 miles east of Brownsville, and a line of thunderstorms had cleared Memphis, about 55 miles southwest.
Julie Heavrin, a spokeswoman for Air Evac Lifeteam, said from company headquarters in West Plains, Mo., that the weather at the time was considered too dangerous for their helicopters to fly.
She could not say whether the call was about the same patient who was airlifted by Hospital Wing, but said the request was for an air transfer from Parsons to Jackson at 4:02 a.m.
Keith Holloway, a spokesman for the NTSB, said a team was leaving Washington at midday to examine the crash site. He said the team will be on site for three to five days and a preliminary report would be released about 10 days later.
The flight was operated by Hospital Wing, a nonprofit air medical transport service with headquarters in Memphis and branches in Oxford, Miss., and Brownsville. It operates five helicopters.
Jamie Carter, a company board member, said the helicopter was a Eurocraft Astar model and one of the newest in Hospital Wing's fleet.
He said it was the first company accident since it began operating in 1986.
"We are suspending operations with the service until we can get our arms around what happened," Carter said.
The branch in Brownsville opened in 2004 serving 26 counties in Tennessee, Mississippi and Arkansas, the company Web site says.
The crash scene is near U.S. 70 and about 55 miles northeast of Memphis. The site is an agricultural area with dirt roads and few houses nearby.
Improving the safety of emergency medical services flights has been on the NTSB's "most wanted improvements" list since 2008, a year when the industry suffered a record number of fatalities.
There were 41 people killed in 11 EMS helicopter accidents between December 2007 and February 2010, according to an NTSB report.
It said the pressure that crews face to respond quickly during difficult flight conditions, like darkness or bad weather, has led to increased fatal accidents.
Last fall, the NTSB urged the government to impose stricter controls on emergency helicopter operators, including requiring the use of autopilots, night-vision systems and flight data recorders.

قالت القوات المسلحة السودانية أن مروحيتين سقطتا امس بمنطقة شطاية بولاية جنوب دارفور غربى السودان.
واكد المتحدث الرسمى باسم القوات المسلحة السودانية المقدم الصوارمى خالد سعد فى تصريح له اليوم أن المروحية الأولي سقطت لعطل فنى حيث كانت تحلق بارتفاع منخفض ونزلت الثانية لانقاذ طاقمها فدخلت بعض الأتربة الى محركها مما أدي لاشتعال النيران فيها.
وبين أن جميع طاقم الطائرتين عادوا الى قواعدهم سالمين مشيرا الى أنه ليس هنالك اي مؤشرات لعمل تخريبي.

Deaths of prominent businessman, UD athlete shock community
Two lives were lost when a University of Dayton volleyball player and her philanthropist father perished in a single-engine plane crash after takeoff at Dayton-Wright Brothers Airport on Thursday afternoon, April 1.

The loss to the Dayton community, however, is immeasurable, say those who knew the victims, pilot Tom Hausfeld, 50, of Springboro, and daughter Kacie, 21, a junior early childhood education major at UD.
“Tom was a phenomenal man, he had a huge heart, huge heart,” said longtime friend Sam Borchers, whose daughters played volleyball with Hausfeld’s daughters. “He gave to so many organizations. ... He always thought about others, what he could do to help others.”

Hausfeld, a successful businessman who retired a few years ago, gave generously to St. Henry’s Catholic parish and Bishop Leibold School in Miami Twp. and to Alter High School in Kettering, where he served on the board of directors, Borchers said. But more than that, he was devoted to family — wife Lori and daughters Ali, a student at the Stritch School of Medicine at Loyola University Chicago, and Kacie. “It was all about the girls,” Borchers said.

Hausfeld’s plane was en route to a suburban Chicago airport when he reported a cargo door was open, FAA spokeswoman Elizabeth Cory said. Witnesses say the Beechcraft Bonanza tried to turn back to the runway but banked too low, touching the ground with its left wing. The plane cartwheeled and exploded about a 1,000 feet south of Runway 2.

Borchers called Hausfeld a “very intelligent man” and skilled pilot. “I know he wouldn’t go up in a plane, especially with his daughter, without triple checking everything,” he said.

At the Borchers home in Miami Twp., a red-eyed Emily Borchers, 21, remembered friend Kacie as a hard worker and natural leader with a warm, inviting personality, much like her father.

“With our Alter team (which captured two state titles with Kacie as setter), she was the core of the team,” Emily said.

UD President Daniel J. Curran issued a statement Thursday evening, saying, “Our prayers and deepest sympathy are with the Hausfeld family and all of Kacie’s friends and teammates. This is a very close community, and this kind of loss touches us all deeply. In times like these, we come together to support the family and each other.”

A prayer service and time of gathering will be held at 9 p.m. Monday, April 5, at the Immaculate Conception Chapel on UD’s campus.

A Johns Island man died in a plane crash Thursday morning.
John Ratcliffe, 70, died of head and chest injuries, said Charleston County Coroner officials.
Ratcliffe was in a fixed wing single-engine Kolb Mark III Xtra, an amateur-built plane.
The crash happened at around 11 a.m. not far from the Johns Island Executive Airport runway.
"It was an airplane basically just practicing, circling the airport and he went out of sight and airport personnel called 911," said Robert Giguere, a Federal Aviation Administration official.
The National Transportation Safety Board is making arrangements to remove the wreckage and bring all the pieces to one place.
Investigators will then inspect it and try and figure out what went wrong.
The wreckage was found in a marshy area off the Stono River, said Becky Beaman, Charleston County Aviation Authority public information director.
"Real passionate guy, loved flying, loved talking about aviation," said Brett Grooms, a pilot who knew Ratcliffe because they are both part of the local Experimental Aircraft Association, a group of pilots who like to build and fly these types of planes.
"This is a tragic loss for all of our chapter members," Grooms said.
"We do it every day. We love it. Rarely do we have accidents like this. Unfortunately, these things happen," Grooms said.
The aircraft was made out of aircraft fabric, which is light and strong and what all planes use to be made of, Grooms said.
"It's just a little different looking aircraft than what your traditional aircraft would look like," he added.

اعلنت مصادر بوزارة الدفاع ان طائرة للبحرية الهندية تحطمت يوم (الاربعاء) خلال عرض جوى فى حيدر اباد، عاصمة اندرا براديش بجنوب البلاد، مما ادى إلى مصرع طيارين اثنين، واصابة سبعة اشخاص على الاقل على الارض وتدمير منزل مكون من ثلاثة طوابق.

وذكرت المصادر ان "الطائرة من طراز (كيران ام كيه 2) التابعة للبحرية الهندية تحطمت خلال احد التشكيلات فى اطار عرض جوى تم تنظيمه من أجل حفل افتتاح قمة الطيران الهندية. وقد سقطت الطائرة على مبنى بالقرب من مطار بيجومبيت فى حيدر أباد. ولم يستطع الطياران الخروج من الطائرة ولقيا مصرعهما".

واضافت المصادر انه تم ارسال خمسة من رجال الاطفاء لاخماد الحريق الذى التهم المنزل الذى سقطت عليه الطائرة وتم الاسراع بنقل المصابين إلى المستشفى.

اصطدمت طائرة خفيفة بخمسة منازل يوم الاحد في ولاية سوكري بفنزويلا، على بعد 400 كيلومتر شرق العاصمة كاراكاس، ما ادى الى مقتل ستة اشخاص واصابة اثنين آخرين، حسبما افادت وسائل الاعلام المحلية يوم الاثنين.
وافاد تقرير سابق ان ثلاثة اشخاص لقوا مصرعهم في الحادث.

وقال بلتران فيلاسكويز، مدير هيئة الحماية المدنية وادارة الكوارث، لوكالة الانباء البوليفارية ان الطائرة الخاصة تحطمت على بعد نحو 200 متر عن مدرج المطار الدولي في كومانا عاصمة الولاية.
وقبل وقت قصير من التحطم، اتصل الطيار ببرج التحكم وقال ان هناك عطلا في المحركات.
ولكن لم يكن امام الطيار أي وقت للهبوط، واصطدمت الطائرة بخمسة منازل على الارض، ما ادى الى مقتل ستة اشخاص، بينهم الطيار. وليس من الواضح بعد ما اذا كانت هناك اصابات على الارض.
واقلعت الطائرة من جزيرة مارغريتا، على بعد 38 كيلومترا شمال سوكري.
وفي 28 ابريل 2008، اصطدمت طائرة خفيفة من طراز (سيسنا)) بمنزل على بعد عدة امتار عن مطار سيمون بوليفار الدولي بكاراكاس، ما ادى الى مقتل اربعة اشخاص واصابة ثمانية آخرين.

Caracas - A small plane crashed in a residential area in an eastern Venezuela city, leaving six people dead, according to local radio stations.
The plane crashed in a densely populated poor neighbourhood near the international airport of Cumuna, 600 kilometres east of Caracas.
Initial reports said the pilot was flying alone and lost control before crashing into the homes. Some reports said it was a plane from a flight school on the Caribbean island of Margarita.

تحطمت طائرة صغيرة يوم (الاربعاء) بمنطقة سكنية في شرق بالو الطو بولاية كاليفورنيا الامريكية مما تسبب في مقتل ثلاثة اشخاص كانوا على متنها، بحسب ما ذكرته احدى الصحف بالولاية.

وقالت صحيفة سان فرانسيسكو كرونيكل على موقعها الالكتروني ان احد المنازل اصيب بتلفيات في الحادث اضافة الى تحطم الطائرة وثلاث سيارات بالكامل فيما لم تصدر تقارير عن اي اصابات على الارض.

ونقلت الصحيفة عن ايان جريجور، المتحدث باسم ادارة الطيران الفيدرالي الامريكية، قوله ان الطائرة مزدوجة المحرك من طراز سيسنا 310 كانت قد اقلعت من مطار بالو الطو ومتجهة الى مطار هوثورن المحلي بلوس انجلس.

ولم يعرف على الفور اسباب الحادث ولكن ذكرت تقارير ان الطائرة اصطدمت باحد ابراج او اسلاك الكهرباء خلال مرحلة الاقلاع مما تسبب في قطع الكهرباء عن المنطقة.

The three people killed on board a small plane that went down in a Northern California neighborhood were all employees of Tesla Motors Inc.

The employees of the car manufacturer died when a small plane crashed, igniting fires and scattering debris onto a house where a children's day care center operated, authorities said.
Tesla CEO Elon Musk confirms that three employees of the electric car manufacturer were aboard the plane, but would not release their identities.

"Tesla is a small, tightly-knit company, and this is a tragic day for us," Musk wrote on the company's Web site.

Authorities also have not identified the victims. The crash site is one mile northwest of the airport, near Tesla's headquarters in San Carlos.

Two crew members were killed as their helicopter crashed in South Korea's Gyonggi province late Wednesday, according to Seoul's Yonhap News Agency.

The helicopter, belonging to a military air service unit, crashed into a field at the city of Namyangju, about 20 km east of Seoul, around 20:14 p.m. local time, (1114 GMT), firefighters were quoted as saying.

The two crew members aboard the helicopter were sent to hospital immediately, but later were confimed dead.

The accident caused no casualties on the ground, local police said.

تحطمت طائرة تدريب تابعة لطيران الجيش الباكستاني يوم الخميس 08 ابريل 2010 بعد سقوطها بالقرب من مدينة بيشاور عاصمة إقليم الحدود الشمالي الغربي.
وأوضحت مصادر عسكرية باكستانية أن طائرة التدريب من طراز /مشاق/ كانت في طلعة تدريب روتينية وتعرضت على لعطل فني أدى إلى سقوطها في أرض زراعية على ضاحية مدينة بيشاور.
وأضافت أن قائد الطائرة لقي حفته في الحادث وأن قوات الأمن وفرق فرق الإطفاء هرعت إلى موقع سقوط الطائرة وتمكنت من إخماد الحريق الذي اشتعل فيها.

According to Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), the pilot of the aircraft, Captain. Rashid embraced Shahadat following the crash. Body of the Shaheed pilot is being taken to Gilgit for burial with all military honors, in his home town. An enquiry into the incident has been ordered.
PESHAWAR: An army training aircraft crashed on the outskirts of Peshawar, killing the pilot on Thursday.
According to the police, Pakistan Army's Mushaq aircraft was on a routine training mission when it crashed in Nelavi area in the open field.The wreckage of the aircraft has been found and the body of pilot has been shifted to Combined Military Hospital Peshawar.
Police said the aircraft may have crashed because of technical fault, however, the ISP is still investigating the reason of the crash.

واشنطن, - يو بي أي - تحطمت طائرة تدريب عسكرية تابعة للبحرية الأميركية في غابة بشمال ولاية جورجيا، ما أسفر عن مصرع ثلاثة من طاقمها وفقدان رابع، واندلاع حريق هائل امتد على مساحة أكثر من عشر فدانات.
ونقلت شبكة "سي أن أن" عن الناطق باسم طيران البحرية الأميركية في فلوريدا، هاري وايت، قوله إن أسباب الحادث قيد التحقيق.
وأوضحت الناطقة باسم دائرة الطيران الفيدرالي، كاثلين بيرغن، أن طائرة التدريب وهي من طراز "تي 39 أن" لم تسبب إصابات على الأرض.
وأضافت ان الطائرة تحطمت شمال منطقة "مورغانتون" بجورجيا وعلى مسافة حوالى 129 كيلومتراً من أتلانتا.
وقال الرائد كيث بوسن "تلقينا تقارير بأنها كانت تطير على علو منخفض في منطقة غابات، واندلع فيها حريق هائل إثر الحادث".
وأضاف "لا زالت النيران مشتعلة في ما بين 10 إلى 15 فداناً".
وتتبع الطائرة وهي النسخة العسكرية من طائرة "سابرلاينر"، أسطول "الجناح الجوي السادس" الذي يضطلع بمهام القيام بطلعات جوية روتينية في مقاطعة "فانين" حيث تحطمت.

أعلن سيرغي شويغو وزير الطوارئ الروسي السبت 10 ابريل 2010 عن مصرع الرئيس البولندي ليخ كاشينسكي وعقيلته والوفد المرافق له وجميع ركاب الطائرة البالغ عددهم 96 شخصا ، حسب المعطيات الأخيرة، في تحطم طائرة من طراز "تو- 154" عند هبوطها في مطار "سيفرني"العسكري في ضواحي سمولينسك غرب روسيا.

من جهته أمر الرئيس الروسي دميتري مدفيديف بتشكيل لجنة حكومية خاصة يرأسها فلاديمير بوتين رئيس الحكومة للتحقيق في ملابسات الحادث.
وأوضح سيرغي انتوفيف محافظ مقاطعة سمولينسك أن ظروف الرؤية كانت ضعيفة بسبب الضباب الكثيف وأضاف أن الطائرة القادمة من العاصمة البولندية وارسو ارتطمت بقمم الاشجار اثناء هبوطها قبل ان تصل الى مدرج المطار بـ500 متر،مما ادى الى سقوطها وتحطمها الى اجزاء.
هذا وقد افادت مصادر في ادارة مقاطعة سمولينسك انه قد تم العثور على احد الصندوقين الاسودين بالقرب من مكان الحادث، بينما تتواصل عمليات البحث عن الصندوق الاخر.
وقد تضاربت الانباء حول عدد الضحايا، اذ نشرت السلطات البولندية لائحة بـأسماء 88 شخصا، فيما اعلنت وزارة الطوارئ الروسية ان عدد الضحايا 96 شخصا ضمنهم 8 من افراد الطاقم، في الوقت الذي اعلنت فيه لجنة التحقيق لدى النيابة العامة الروسية ان عدد الركاب الذين كانوا على متن الطائرة هو 132 شخصا وقد لقوا حتفهم جميعا.

وسقطت الطائرة الصغيرة التي أقلعت من روما ، بين مدينتي أنكونا و ماشيراتا في طقس سيء.

Three Austrians were killed in an airplane crash in central Italy yesterday evening (Sun) after flying into a snowstorm, it has emerged.
Officials in the country’s Marche region said today (Mon) the Cessna 182 started in Rome’s Urbe Airport for Wolfsberg, Austria, when it crashed between Ancona and Macerata.

The site where the plane came down is currently being investigated. Work has been delayed by fresh snowfall in the area.

Officials said communication to the pilot – who was warned of bad weather conditions – broke off some hours after take-off as the man screamed "Help, help, my God!"

اعلن الحلف الأطلسي (ناتو) أمس، مقتل ثلاثة جنود اميركيين ومدني في تحطم مروحية اميركية تابعة له من طراز «سي في - 22 اوسبري» في ولاية زابل جنوب افغانستان، من دون ان يوضح اسباب الحادث.
ورفع ذلك الى 151 عدد القتلى في صفوف القوات الاجنبية في افغانستان منذ مطلع السنة، وهي الاكبر خلال الفترة الزمنية ذاتها منذ اطاحة نظام حركة «طالبان» نهاية 2001.
واوضح الحلف ان المروحية نفذت مهمة نقل جنود اميركيين قبل تحطمها، في وقت لمح الناطق باسم الحكومة الإقليمية في زابل محمد جان رسول يار، الى ان المروحية واجهت مشاكل فنية»، لكن ناطقاً باسم طالبان اعلن ان المروحية اصيبت بنيران مقاتلي الحركة، مشيراً الى مقتل 25 شخصاً على الاقل على متنها.

(AKI) - A military helicopter crashed in southern Afghanistan, killing at least three US service members and one civilian employee, a statement from NATO-led forces said Friday.

The cause of the crash of the Air Force CV-22 Osprey was not known, said the International Security Assistance Force statement, although a report quoted a Taliban spokesman as saying the aircraft was shot down.
Several other soldiers suffered injuries in the crash late Thursday night.
NATO is leading an offensive in southern Afghanistan to clear the area of Taliban militants.
The CV-22, which conducts long-range infiltration and resupply operations for the U.S. military, went down seven miles west of the city of Qalat, the capital of Zabul province.
Zabiullah Mujahid, spokesman for the Taliban in the region, was quoted as saying Taliban fighters shot down the aircraft. Another spokesman, Qari Yoseph, also claimed responsibility and said that 30 Americans had been killed.

قالت سلطات الطوارئ المكسيكية ان طائرة شحن تحطمت في ساعة متأخرة ليل الاربعاء قرب المطار في مدينة مونتيري بشمال المكسيك مما ادى الى مقتل ستة اشخاص.
وتحطمت الطائرة وهي من طراز ايرباص ايه-300 وتديرها شركة ايرويونيون ذات الملكية الخاصة على طريق مؤدية الى المطار بعد محاولة هبوط فاشلة. ولايزال المحققون يحاولون تحديد سبب الحادث.
وقال مدير الطيران المدني هيكتور جونزاليز لشبكة ميلنيو التلفزيونية "لقي طاقم الطائرة المكون من خمسة افراد حتفهم في الحادث بالاضافة الى شخص كان على الارض".
ولم تتسن على الفور معرفة كيفية مقتل هذا الشخص الا أن وسائل اعلام مكسيكية أشارت الى ان الطائرة ربما صدمت مركبة عند تحطمها على الطريق.
وكانت خدمات الطوارئ ذكرت مبدئيا أن شخصين على متن الطائرة وثلاثة على الارض لقوا حتفهم.
وسارت العمليات في مطار مونتيري الدولي بشكل طبيعي يوم الاربعاء طبقا لما ذكرت سلطات الطيران.
وذكر شاهد من رويترز ان حطاما محترقا بعض الشيء من الطائرة كان ظاهرا في الطريق المؤدي الى المطار في منطقة قريبة من عدة فنادق.
وتحطمت الطائرة التى كانت تحمل بضائع من مكسيكو سيتي الى مدينة مونتيري الصناعية الغنية على بعد 1500 متر تقريبا من المطار.
وقال جونزاليز "ليس لدينا سبب مرجح للحادث...نعرف أنه كانت هناك امطار كثيفة وبعض الضباب بيد أنها لم تعق العمليات."
وقبل الحادث كانت شركة ايرويونيون تقوم بتشغيل ثلاث طائرات نقل من طراز ايه- 300 فيما بين المكسيك ومدينتي لوس أنجليس وشيكاجو بالولايات المتحدة.

نجامينا: تحطمت مروحية تابعة للجيش التشادي يوم الجمعة 16 ابريل في منطقة ادري على الحدود الشرقية مع السودان وقتل قائدها.. حسبما أفاد مصدر عسكري لوكالة الصحافة الفرنسية.
وقال المصدر الذي لم يشار إلى اسمه ان "المروحية اصطدمت عند بدء هبوطها بشجرة وتحطمت، ما أدى الى مقتل قائدها على الفور".. مشيرا إلى إصابة ثلاثة آخرين من طاقمها بجروح.
وكانت المروحية تنفذ دورية في المنطقة، واراد قائدها الهبوط في ادري المحاذية للحدود مع السودان، والتي تبعد 30 كلم عن مدينة الجنينة السودانية.
وينتشر الجيش التشادي على طول الحدود بهدف منع تسلل المتمردين التشاديين الذين نفذوا عددا من الهجمات في السنوات الاخيرة استهدف احدها العاصمة نجامينا في 2008.

وقال المتحدث باسم بعثة الأمم المتحدة للاستقرار في هايتي أن الحادث وقع في فون فيريتيتس جنوب شرق هايتي نحو الساعة الثالثة والنصف عصرا بتوقيت جرينتش .
وأكد المصدر الاممي أن مروحية تشيلية وصلت إلى موقع الحادث وعثر طاقمها على آثار الحادث لكنه لم يتمكن من تحديد موقع ركاب المروحية العسكرية الاسبانية الأربعة مؤكدا أن الأضرار جسيمة.وأشار إلى أن المروحية التشيلية لم تتمكن من الهبوط في الموقع بسبب وعورة المكان وطلبت بعثة الأمم المتحدة مساعدة الجيش الأميركي الذي أرسل مروحيتي بلاكهوك.

Spanish military helicopter crashes in Haiti: UN April 16 -2010
A Spanish military helicopter carrying four soldiers crashed near Haitian capital Port-au-Prince on Friday without immediate report of the fate of the four aboard, according to a UN official.
The UN official said the accident occurred at about 10:30 a.m. local time in Fond Verretes, 50 kilometers southeast to the Port- au-Prince, near the border with Dominican Republic.

Rescue teams of Spain, U.S. and the UN mission in Haiti ( MINUSTAH) are looking for the four Spanish militaries who were aboard the helicopter, which participated in the reconstruction works in quake-hit Haiti.

Spokesman of the UN mission for the stabilization in Haiti, George Ola-Davies, said that a helicopter of Chilean contingent has been directed to the area of accident rapidly, but it couldn't locate the four soldiers due to the huge destruction in the zone by the quake on Jan. 12.

"It is a mountainous zone with difficult access, and the Chilean helicopter has difficulty in landing at the scene," a UN source said. "We haven't determined the cause of the accident up to the moment."

The source added that "it is not clear that what mission the helicopter is working at when the accident happened, and the helicopter is not from the UN mission."

Meanwhile, the Spanish Defense Ministry confirmed in Madrid the disappearance of the helicopter, but without confirmation about the number of crew members nor the producing information of the helicopter.

سيول - تحطمت طائرة مروحية مضادة للغواصات أثناء قيامها بدورية قبالة الساحل الجنوبي ـ الغربي في كوريا الجنوبية، ما أسفر عن مقتل أحد أفراد طاقمها، فيما لا يزال 3 آخرون في عداد المفقودين.ونقلت وكالة الأنباء الكورية الجنوبية "يونهاب" عن مسؤولين عسكريين ومن خفر السواحل الكورية الجنوبية انه يعتقد ان مروحية من طراز "لينكس" هوت في المياه عند الساعة 9 من مساء أمس الخميس بالتوقيت المحلي على بعد ما يقارب الـ 14.5 كلم قبالة جزيرة جيندو، لأنها اختفت عن شاشة الرادار بعد فقدان الاتصال مع القيادة أثناء قيامها بدورية.
وعثر على جثة أحد أفراد طاقم الطائرة التابعة لسلاح البحرية الكوري الجنوبي، وهو الملازم كوان دي ها، فيما لا يزال الآخرون في عداد المفقودين.
وتقوم القوات البحرية وسفن خفر السواحل بتمشيط المنطقة بحثاً عن المفقودين وحطام المروحية.
يذكر ان تحطم هذه الطائرة يزيد من الصعوبات التي تواجه سلاح البحرية فى أعقاب غرق سفينة "تشونان" بالقرب من الحدود مع كوريا الشمالية في البحر الأصفر.

South Korean helicopter crashes, leaving one dead, 3 missing

SEOUL: A South Korean naval helicopter has crashed off the country's southwest coast, leaving one passenger dead and three people missing, the defence ministry said on Friday.
The Lynx anti-submarine helicopter disappeared from radar Thursday after losing contact with its command while patrolling 15 kilometres (nine miles) off the coast, it said.

"The helicopter is believed to have crashed while on a routine patrolling mission," a ministry spokesman told AFP.

The body of one of the four passengers was found shortly after midnight, he said, adding dozens of naval and coast guard vessels were still scouring the area to locate the wreckage of the helicopter.

أعلن الجيش الأمريكي اليوم عن مقتل أحد جنوده وإصابة ثلاثة آخرين بجروح في تحطم طائرة مروحية شمال العراق يوم السبت.
وأوضح بيان مقتضب أصدره الجيش الأميركي أن المروحية سقطت في ساعة متأخرة من ليل بشمال العراق مبيناً أن تحطمها لم يكن ناجما عن نيران معادية وأن الحادث رهن التحقيق.
ولم يفصح البيان عن سبب تحطم الطائرة أو طرازها أو مكان وقوع الحادث تحديدا مشيرا إلى أنه لن يتم الإفصاح عن اسم الجندي القتيل إلا بعد إبلاغ عائلته بوفاته.
في سياق متصل أفاد مصدر امني في محافظة صلاح الدين بأن المروحية سقطت في منطقة الجزيرة بالقرب من قاعدة سبايكر شمال غرب مدينة تكريت مركز المحافظة.

قتل ثلاثة أجانب ونجا ثلاثة آخرون عندما تحطمت طائرة شحن روسية الصنع فى حقل أرز شمال العاصمة مانيلا، حسبما أعلنت السلطات يوم الخميس 22 أبريل 2010 .
وقال المحقق خوسيه بيدريجوسا إن الطائرة وهى من طراز انطونوف 12 كانت تستعد للهبوط فى مطار ديسودادو ماكاباجال الدولى بالقرب من بلدة مكسيكو فى وقت متأخر أمس الأربعاء عندما أدى عطل كهربائى إلى اشتعال النيران فيها، مضيفا "لقد قتل ثلاثة أشخاص كانوا على متنها هم روسى واثنان من أوزبكستان".
وتابع أن "هيكل الطائرة انشطر إلى نصفين عندما اندلعت فيه النيران لحظة الاصطدام بالأرض"، إلا أنه أشار إلى إن ثلاثة آخرين من أفراد الطاقم نجوا وتم انتشالهم من الركام المتفحم عندما هرع السكان إلى مكان الحادث.
وختم بيدريجوسا بالقول إن المحققين انتشلوا الصندوق الأسود الذى سيسلم إلى السلطات الملاحية فى مانيلا للتحقيق فى الحادث.

Cargo plane crashes in the Philippines; 3 dead
MANILA, Philippines – An electrical fire forced a cargo plane's pilots to attempt an emergency landing in a Philippine rice field when the aircraft burst into flames, killing three of its six crew, investigators said Thursday.
The Russian-made Antonov-12 aircraft was flying from Mactan in the central Philippines and crashed late Wednesday in the field about 22 miles (35 kilometers) south of Clark airport, the former U.S. air base near Manila, said Alfonso Cusi, director-general of the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines.

Firefighters struggled into the night to put out the flames that engulfed the aircraft after it exploded on impact, ripping the plane into two sections, said police Chief Inspector Carlito Fabro.

Villagers managed to rescue three crew members — two Russians and an Uzbek, who suffered bruises and were brought to a hospital in nearby Mexico township, police said.
Three other crew were found dead near the cockpit, Cusi said, adding investigators were trying to identify the burned bodies. A police report said they included two Russian ground engineers and a Bulgarian.
"They had a technical problem, and a fire broke out inside the plane," Cusi told The Associated Press. "Their communication signal suddenly got garbled then the plane disappeared in the radar."
Police quoted the Russian pilot as saying that the plane encountered electric circuit trouble about an hour into the flight, and a fire that broke out forced him to make an emergency landing on the open field.

وذكرت الناطقة باسم شركة "الخطوط الجوية الإفريقية" أن الطائرة المنكوبة من طراز "أيرباص 330" كانت قد بلغت وجهتها بعد رحلة من جنوب أفريقيا، استغرقت تسع ساعات.
ولم يحدد المصدر عدد الذين كانوا على متن الرحلة "771" وإذا ما كان هناك قتلى، إلا أن وكالة الأنباء الليبية أشارت إلى أن الطائرة كانت تقل 93 راكباً بالإضافة إلى طاقمها المكون من 11 فرداً.
وأضافت: "في هذه اللحظة ليس هناك تفاصيل بشأن وجود أحياء والأفريقية ستصدر بياناً لاحقاً بالمزيد من التفاصيل." ونقلت تقارير إخبارية أن جميع الركاب قضوا في الحادث، وأن السلطات الليبية فرضت إجراءات أمنية مشددة في منطقة المطار.

لقي ستة أشخاص بينهم وزير إقليمي للتعليم، مصرعهم إثر تحطم طائرة صغيرة كانوا يستقلونها في مدينة ماناوس, بعد إقلاعها بدقائق.
وقال مسؤولون حكوميون نقلا عن وكالة الأنباء الألمانية, إن وزير التعليم بولاية الأمازون، سينثيا ريجيا جوميز، وأربعة من موظفي الوزارة، إضافة للطيار لقوا مصرعهم عندما اندلعت النيران في الطائرة عقب تحطمها. وذكرت شركة كلايتون تاكسي آيرو ، المشغلة للطائرة أن الطيار لديه خبرة تمتد لأكثر من 20 عاما, وبدا الطيار وكأنه يحاول أن يهبط إضطراريا مع سعيه لتجنب مناطق سكنية مجاورة في زومبي.

Brazil: Six dead, including education minister, in plane crash
Sao Paulo - Six people died, including a provincial education minister, when their small plane crashed in the Brazilian city of Manaus shortly after taking off, state officials said.
Education Minister Cinthia Regia Gomes of the Amazonas state, 46, as well as four ministry employees and the pilot, died when the plane burst in flame after the crash just minutes after takeoff.
The plane had been headed to Maues, 280 kilometres distant.
The pilot had more than 20 years experience, according to the plane operator Cleiton Taxi Aereo.
The pilot appeared to have been trying to make an emergency landing but attempted to avoid the residential neighbourhoods of Zumbi. The government of the state of Amazonas ordered three days of official mourning.

اعلنت وزارة الداخلية الافغانية بأن طائرة ركاب مدنية عائدة لشرطة طيران (بامير) تحطمت شمالي البلاد يوم الاثنين وهي تقل 43 شخصا بين طاقم ومسافرين بضمنهم عدد من الاجانب. وقال ناطق باسم الوزارة لوكالة الانباء الفرنسية إن الاتصال فقد بالطائرة اثناء توجهها من العاصمة الافغانية كابل الى مدينة كندوز شمالي البلاد. وكانت الطائرة تقل 38 مسافرا وطاقما مكون من خمسة اشخاص. ولم يعرف بعد مصير الركاب وافراد الطاقم. وقال الناطق: "نستطيع ان نؤكد بأن طائرة تحطمت في منطقة جبال سالانج قرب ممر سالانج وعلى متنها 38 مسافرا وطاقما مكون من خمسة اشخاص." يذكر ان ممر سالانج يبعد بمسافة 100 كيلومتر تقريبا الى الشمال من العاصمة الافغانية

Airplane with 43 passengers crashes in Afghanistan

A local Pamir Airways plane with 38 passengers and five crew on board, including some foreigners, crashed in Afghanistan on Monday, the interior ministry said.

The airplane was en route from the northern city of Kunduz to the capital Kabul and went missing around 8 a.m. local (0330 GMT) this morning. Planes normally cross the mountainous Hindu Kush region on this route.

"I can confirm that an aircraft carrying 38 passengers plus five crew has crashed somewhere in Salang Pass," Interior Ministry spokesman Zemarai Bashary told Reuters after receiving a report from the private Afghan airline.

The Salang pass lies around 100 km (60 miles) north of Kabul at about an altitude of 13,350 feet. The cause of the crash was not immediately known, but it came amid cloudy and rainy weather in Kabul and its surrounding areas.

"The Pamir Airways report said there were a number of foreigners on board," Bashary said, adding that NATO-led forces have been asked to assist in locating the plane with the help of drones.

A spokesman for NATO-led forces said that aircraft had been sent to search for the plane. Pamir Airways is one of three major private Afghan airlines that operates mostly domestic routes across Afghanistan. لقي حاكم إقليم وخمسة أشخاص حتفهم اليوم، إثر اشتعال النيران في مروحية خاصة سقطت على أحد الأراضي في الفلبين.
وقال المتحدث العسكرى باسم الاقليم الكولونيل جنرال جينيروسو بولينا، إن أربعة من الضحايا كانوا على متن المروحية، في حين أن الاثنين الاخرين كانا من المدنيين الذين سقطت على منزلهم بعد انفجارها.
وأضاف المتحدث، إن الطائرة تحطمت فوق قطعة أرض سكنية في قرية إيام، بمدينة لوسينا على بعد 90 كيلو متراً، جنوب شرق مانيلا، وتسببت في إحراق منزلين علاوة على منزل الضحايا الإثنين.

أكدت مصادر في مدينة "بوتلميت" بولاية اترارزه جنوب شرق موريتانيا أن طائرة صغيرة تحطمت يوم الخميس 6-6-1431 هجرية الموافق 20- مايو - 2010 في مدرج الطائرات المتواجد في الضاحية الجنوبية للمدينة، مما أدى لإصابة طاقم الطائرة الفرنسي بحروق وجروح خفيفة. وتعطل الطائرة بشكل كامل.

ونقل طاقم الطائرة -الذي لم تحدد المصادر عدد أفراده- إلى العاصمة نواكشوط عن طريق البر.
وتضاربت الأنباء بشأن الطائرة المذكورة ورجحت بعض المصادر أنها قادمة من مدينة "سيلبابي" عاصمة ولاية كيديماغه وتابعة لفرقة فرنسية تساعد في محاربة الجراد والآفات الزراعية. كانت على موعد مع سيارة قادمة من نواكشوط تحمل لها الوقود لتتزود في مدرج بوتلميت. لكن الطائرة لم تتمكن من الهبوط بشكل سليم بسبب الأحوال الجوية. وكان ذلك في حدود الساعة العاشرة صباح يوم الخميس.

الجدير بالذكر أن شركة الخطوط الكونغولية، أعلنت أنها أجرت طائرة صغيرة أمس لرجل الأعمال والسياسي الموريتاني رشيد مصطفى وجوده على متن الطائرة التي تحطمت فجر يوم الجمعة أثناء رحلة العودة من بوينت نوار إلى الكونغو.وقالت الشركة إن الحادث أودى بحياة رشيد مصطفى، رئيس حزب التجديد الموريتاني، وكافة أفراد الطاقم المكون من ثلاثة أشخاص.وكان مصطفى قد أجر طائرة صغيرة روسية الصنع يوم الخميس حيث توجه إلى العاصمة الاقتصادية الأنغولية بوينت نوار، وبعد ساعات عاد في نفس الطائرة التي فقد الاتصال معها على بعد 70 كلم من مطار لواندا.

الطائرة تجاوزت مدرج المطار قبل أن تتحطم وتشتعل فيها النيران

قالت شركة الخطوط الجوية الهندية إن ثمانية ركاب نجوا في حين قتل 158 راكبا في حادث تحطم طائرة الركاب الهندية القادمة من دبي لدى محاولتها الهبوط في مطار مانغالور في جنوب البلاد. وقد بثت إحدى محطات التلفزة الهندية صورا لناجين من حادث تحطم الطائرة الذي قالت الشرطة في وقت سابق إنها لم تعثر على ناجين منه.

ووقع الحادث عندما تجاوزت الطائرة مدرج مطار مدينة مانغالور في ولاية كارناتاكا بجنوب الهند. وقال مسؤولون هنود ومنهم وزير داخلية ولاية كارناتاكا في أس أتشاريا للصحفيين إن "160 راكبا على الأقل قتلوا في الحادث".

وقال روهيت كاتيار -وهو من كبار مسؤولي الأمن في المطار- إن "الطائرة تجاوزت على ما يبدو المدرج وتحطمت، لدينا أنباء بأن النار اشتعلت في الطائرة بعد تحطمها".

وكانت الطائرة، وهي من طراز بوينغ 737 وتابعة لشركة طيران أيرإنديا إكسبرس، تقل 163 راكبا وطاقما مؤلفا من تسعة أفراد وقادمة من دبي.

وظهر في المشاهد أحد الناجين وهو يعاني من حروق بالغة في أحد المستشفيات فيما ظهرت ناجية وعلى راسها ضمادة كبرى وتنقل الى قسم الطوارئ.

كما ظهرت في مشاهد التلفزيون صور لأطفال يتلقون العلاج من أطباء.

وقد تحطمت الطائرة وهي من نوع بوينغ 737 السبت حوالى الساعة 6,30 بالتوقيت المحلي (1,00 ت.غ) بعد تجاوزها مدرج الهبوط.

سقطت طائرة خفيفة خاصة يوم الاربعاء 26-05-2010 فوق منطقة صناعية وتجارية في جواتيمالا سيتي مما أسفر عن مقتل أربعة اشخاص وإلحاق خسائر مادية فادحة.أقلعت الطائرة من مطار "لا أورورا" الدولي بجواتيمالا متجهة الى إيلوبانجو في مدينة سان سلفادور عاصمة السلفادور.
وقال مسئول هيئة الاطفاء بالبلدية في جواتيمالا خوسيه رودريجيز ان قائد الطائرة لقي مصرعه في تحطم الطائرة إلى جانب اثنين من مرافقيه.
كما لقي عامل بمصنع يبلغ من العمر 32 عاما مصرعه إثر سقوط الطائرة.
وقال رودريجيز إن أسباب التحطم لا تزال غير معلومة حاليا، غير ان سوء الاحوال الجوية قد يكون واحدا منها.

According to a spokeswoman for the country's Civil Aviation Service, a Piper light aircraft crashed into a meat-processing plant in downtown of the Guatemala City several minutes after taking off from the La Aurora airport.Three people on board the aircraft and one man at the plant were killed in the crash.
She added that the pilot asked an air traffic controller for an emergency landing permission just moments before the crash.
Meanwhile, eyewitnesses say that the aircraft en route to San Salvador exploded in the air before falling down on the plant.
Rescuers and fire fighters are currently working at the scene of the crash while experts from the national aviation committee are trying to establish the cause of the accident.
